GoogleThe staff in the property maintenance section at Jacobs Steel are second to none. Very helpful, always willing to go above and beyond, as a contractor with them for many years now, I could not ask for much more, best in the business!

The Manager and staff were particularly helpful to my sister in law who had never sold a property in her life she is over 65 and not used to paperwork. They managed all the viewings and then gave her expert advice on which was the best purchaser to accept an offer from. Through the whole process, they gave her support and confidence to make decisions and ensure all the forms and documents were completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMy brothers and I had to get the property ready for rental and actually rented as quickly as possible whilst we were all at least 90 minutes remote from the property. We entrusted J&S to handle the task from initial recommendations as to extent of work required, through obtaining quotations to overseeing house clearance, redecoration, new floor coverings, supply and fit of new oven, garden tidying. They did all of this within projected timescale and then rented out within days of project completion. We were kept fully appraised of progress and would not hesitate in recommending Jacobs and Steel in view of the professional service provided.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJacobs steel Lettings have been great, we’re first time renters so didn’t really have a clue, they have been happy to answer any questions we have had and have been very quick with responding. All of the staff are really nice and willing to help whether over the phone or through email. They are partnered with another company which helped us set up our utilities and everything which made the whole experience that much easier. We had an issue with our heating and they sent someone out to us the same day and it was all sorted very quickly. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Our renting experience has been great with them!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Every email was answered rapidly meaning we were always kept up to date with our purchase. If they provide this good level of service to buyers I can only imagine the support to vendors goes even further.

GoogleExcellent service, good communication and support while we refurbished our flat, followed by a fast and efficient tenant find and set up once we were ready. I was influenced into using this branch by their 5* reviews and was not disappointed. The whole team seem well connected and are very professional, I don't normally give reviews, but Ollie and his crew have earned this highly positive feedback. I won't hesitate to use them again next time.

GoogleThe team (Sophie!) at Jacobs Steel were really friendly, professional, and responsive which made finding a new rental home under very time pressured circumstances really easy and straight forward. We'd had a nightmare with another letting agency and landlord, and Jacobs Steel really helped us out of a bind. Communication was clear and concise, and the referencing process was very quick and easy. Whether you're renting or buying, I'd definitely recommend Jacobs Steel again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
