GoogleThe customer service was absolutely abysmal. Despite giving them advance notice that I would be 10-15 minutes late for the viewing because I was travelling from Nottingham, they went ahead and cancelled my appointment while I was almost there. Furthermore, I was given inaccurate information about the availability and pricing of an apartment by the staff. I even offered to make improvements to the Beechgate apartment myself, but I wonder if the the landlord is aware of this. This is truly the worst possible place to showcase your property.

As discussed I apologise for any misunderstanding regarding your appointment. While we strive to accommodate all our customers, waiting for 20-30 minutes becomes challenging, particularly when our schedule is fully booked as we would be in the difficult position of having to cancel other customers for later appointments. I understand your perspective and acknowledge that cancelling your appointment while you were en route was not ideal. Regarding the availability of the apartment, I am deeply sorry for any confusion or frustration this caused. Ultimately, it would be impractical to conduct the application process before each viewing was booked. Additionally, the decision to accept an application ultimately rests with the landlord. In today's busy rental market, landlords often receive multiple applications and must make difficult decisions based on various factors. Once again, I apologise for the negative experience you had with us. GoogleBullies ..awful experience as prospective tenant. waiting for my £700 to be refunded. Refused to clean flat walls despite serious mould issue and me declaring this work requirement before putting deposit down. Asked for landlords address as per legal right, and have been lied to regarding the law. Had my flat offer pulled. Now not refunding my money. Now I have no home to move in to as I handed my notice in to current home and booked a removals van, then they cancelled the whole thing. It's a circus. Avoid.
