Wasn’t particularly easy to book viewing online but went well on the day, Claire was punctual, polite and helpful, wasn’t in possession of all the information that I needed about the property but was able to tell me how to get in contact with landlord via their website to ask these questions. Property not quite right for me but I’d use the agency again

So far, Gatekeeper have done a great job of handling my tenancy. I’ve been working with Charlie for my property and he’s always been knowledgeable, upfront, and happy to help. There was a small blip at the start of my application process with their automated system but thankfully because of their friendly and reassuring staff I didn’t feel concerned. When going to inspect my rental I had issues with my commute to the viewing. The friendly staff member made sure to keep in contact and did her best to accommodate my needs. Gatekeeper has always been upfront and supportive, and I’m hoping that they continue to be this way going forward. I certainly feel lucky as I’ve heard some horror stories from other letting agents. I highly recommend Gatekeeper as a letting agent for anyone interested.

I have gone through viewing one of the property at Madly Brooks lane Witny, She arrived promptly at our scheduled meeting time of 10am to give me the tour. Jane was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and neighborhood. She was able to answer all of my questions about the flat's amenities, utilities, and nearby conveniences. Jane was professional in her appearance and conduct. She seemed genuinely interested in finding a good tenant for the flat. She highlighted the home's best features like the large living room and recent kitchen remodel while also being upfront about the dated bathroom and small second bedroom. Overall, Jane was an excellent representative for the landlord and property management company. She was organized, engaging, and transparent during the entire flat viewing. Her strong communication skills and personable demeanor made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the visit. I appreciate the time Jane took to thoroughly show me around and respond to all of my questions and concerns. She is clearly experienced in conducting flat viewings and ensuring potential tenants have all the details they need. We haven't apply for this property but looking forward to see more

We have used Gatekeeper to manage our Property for almost 4-Years now as moved away. There have been some problems that required 'frequent chasing' or sorting-out! which is the reason for giving only 4-stars. Unfortunately, all could have been avoided! a little frustrating at times. Maybe someone took their eye off the ball? But finally sorted, & have been impressed by how helpful Asheley Watts has been managing this for us. Sorted effeciently / Professional manner / always returned a call promptly thank you.

Would give zero stars if possible. Very poor service from Alex and the team, They were great at first when you start renting with them then they don't care. I have had to send various emails to Alex/Gatekeeper just to try and get a response. They let a flat out to us in very poor condition and trying to deduct from our deposit for various things that was already there when we had first moved in. Would definitely Not be renting from Gatekeeper again, Not professional and all we have had from them is hassle.
