We were shown around a house, which we have now had an offer accepted on, by Hazel from Gatekeeper. Hazel is how I like my estate agents: down-to-earth, not spouting typical estate agent jargon and we were able to have a laugh and a joke with her. Ultimately, Hazel gave us the space and time to walk around the house without being unneccessarily distracted, which was important considering we were only going to be able to view the house once before making an offer. We are hoping the rest of our communications & dealings with Gatekeeper, post-offer, are as good as our first interaction with them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Over the past month we have been looking to find a new property to rent, due to our landlord selling the property. It's been very hard to find a place to rent in this current time market and had many properties go that we like. Until we came across a property from Gatekeeper and quickly made a request to view the property via email. The team at Gatekeeper were really quick to respond and had arrange the viewing asking the right questions of what suited us. I found the viewing was very professional Sam was friendly, informative and even took care to consider the tenants already in the property. I particularly was impressed by the organisation of the paperwork but also by the management who had rang today to make sure we understood everything, which defiantly had been the first. We have been renting in Swindon originally coming from London for around 2 and half year and both me and partner were very happy with Gatekeeper and the way they have helped us so far. Viewed a property in Banbury with Gatekeeper’s representative, Gosia, as I’m looking to relocate and work at the other end of the county I arrived early and waited only 5 minutes or so until I introduced myself and we entered the property earlier than planned, about ten minutes or so, at all times Gosia was professional, courteous and answered all my questions even offering some of her own input which she had gathered from the clients themselves, this gave me real food for thought, I’d just like to thank Gatekeeper for not only your professionalism but also taking the time to contact me and offer me options which should help me make the right choice when I decide to make an offer.

I feel I was completely discriminated against for having disability i was able to provide a garantour and it still wasn't enough. these people in the office are mercenary and landlords dont have to really provide a reason

My experience has been awesome. Viewing didn’t take long and was impressed with it the outcome as well as the reception of the staff. I’m pleased with how easy my viewing was today and the Lady was amazing.

Hannah always gets back to us very quickly and corresponds by email and phone which I really appreciate. She reads correspondence thoroughly to understand our needs. She is honest which I appreciate the most because previous agents have not been and I respect honesty over convenience much more. Hannah is professional but friendly and approachable and always make me feel heard and trusted and doesnt doubt my intentions. She is doing a fab job of managing our property and I'm very grateful.

Very positive renting experience. In my experience, the team is professional; communicates clearly, responding in a timely manner; and is genuinly considerate to renters' needs. When an appliance had broken, and the the property care team has been informed, a replacement was actioned immediately and delivered and installed in only days. An accidental rent overpayment was returned hastily without fuss. Nothing is completely perfect, but certainly 5 stars for perhaps the best estate agents in the Witney area. Glad to be with Gatekeeper

In my experience a very bad and unprofessional company. Based on my personal experience with them i wrote a review explaining the poor service I had received from them, two weeks later I received a phone call from the company’s owner mat symons threatening me that his legal team would take me to court and sue me if I didn’t take the comment down. Apparently my comment was defamation of the business, but it was merely my opinion. I asked how they had my mobile number and they had it on file from when I was searching from a flat before. Which is illegal in line with gdpr rules. I feel mat wanted to intimidate scare and bully me

Gatekeeper were wonderful when my husband and I were looking for somewhere to buy in Oxfordshire. Very efficient, kept us updated with text and email confirmations for viewings, and Hazel was wonderful when showing us around. Very friendly team, very nice people, and smooth and efficient to deal with. One of the best experiences we have had in our house-buying journey.

We've had a great experience with Gatekeeper so far. Booking a viewing was straightforward and stress-free. Richard was really friendly when showing us around the property and very transparent about the whole process. The property was just as described in the advert.
