Thank you for your help Arjan. We much appreciate the extra lengths to find our tenants and also, attending the flat when we were unable to do so.

My brother and I recently sold our flat in Upper Norwood and were extremely happy with the service we received from Duncan at Northwood. Selling a flat during that pandemic had its additional stresses but Duncan was helpful, reliable, and easy to communicate with. We would both highly recommend Northwood to anyone in the area.

Duncan has been excellent with showing us properties, accommodating our requests, being honest and prompt with our queries and in answering the many questions we had as first time buyers. He has been helpful with his professional advice, and on occasions in liaising with both the sellers' and our solicitors when there was a delay. Ken and I cannot recommend Duncan highly enough for assisting us with securing our first home purchase. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dealt proactively with recent maintenance issues and handled a difficult access issue himself. Kept me informed, but dealt with the problems that arose himself. Very professional.

Can't recommend Duncan at Northwood highly enough - my flat sale was an extremely difficult and lengthy process and he brought incredible patience, expertise and knowledge at every step of the way to get it done (and keep me informed and confident that it would happen)!

I went to ask for a flat and you laughed at me and didn't give me the same opportunity to view it because I'm a single mum. Although I was 100% sure I could afford the place. I don't post reviews if I haven't been in the place.

Have used Stephen James to both sell and rent properties I own in the West Norwood area. All the staff have been easy to liase with particularly Ryan and Carlos, the two I have dealt with the most, who have been flexible with my changing demands on the properties and very helpful assisting me with trades when needed. Their valuations were initially higher than what was achieved but I am happy to accept there was a reduction in the market at the time.

Duncan helped us over the course of 8 months during our property search. We initially lost a house that was being sold by him but because of his excellent service, easy going personality and great communication, we decided to actually sell two flats with him. He was so good to work with during the whole process, giving us honest opinions and advice. Above all, I felts that Duncan was an honest person and that counted for so much. I would 100% recommend Duncan at Northwoods to sell or buy from.
