hello , it is a pity that you can't even answer your customers' questions, since you look so high quality. And this discrimination you have done is very bad, those who receive dss and ask you some questions you don't even care, I mean, if we get help, we can't rent a house? And won't we get an answer ? Is this your customer service?

There are certain things that estate agents should inform applicants of from the beginning, e.g. the landlord manages the property themselves, the fridge/kettle/toaster doesn't come with the property etc. Whilst the Reading team were polite and courteous, it doesn't make up for the fact that my partner and I were misled by omission. I am not best pleased

Outstanding service from the Blackheath Village office right from beginning to end. The team handled our sale calmly, politely, and giving good advice along the way. They also offer a good practice of updating on stats and feedback, and have a team dedicated to progressing from offer to completion. Highly recommend.

We booked an appointment to view a property, and they did not show up. We arrived at the agreed location at the exact time, tried to call them on the phone, no answer.According to the current tenants, who were kind enough to let us in, explained that the agent just left a few minutes before the appointment.The agent did not call us back later, nor replying to our email.

Update on my review. Credit where credit is due at least they took my feedback seriously and responded and worked hard to resolve my issues in a timely manner after I complained. So thank you. Absolutely shambolic. Lied to about the deposit refund process and still waiting 2 months on for this to be resolved. Agent just palms off all responsibility back to the tenants. Would never use again! This is the Bishopston office

My interest was dismissed and my situation wasn't even asked after, nor my telephone number or name for the viewing. Awful customer service from their NW office.
