Aaron Priscott is an absolute legend. I ended up with nowhere to live after maida vale floods and he said "I know a guy". Relocated us, got us into our new home. Then at the new year. I said I want to stay here, Aaron made it happen. Hes a legend and I have no idea how he did all of that. Now I just live a life with my dog 🐕. Thanks Aaron for being such a legend. Hannah Nola - Terrible, Unprofessional, Cant Do The Job! Had an appointment for 1pm today, 05/08/23. That I arranged with Hannah Nola, who might I had forgot to actually arrange the appointment which meant me calling up this morning to ensure I can still view the property at 1pm, which I was told I now had the confirmed booking timeWhen we arrived to the property, there was a queue out the door. When I asked the gentleman now allowing another group in during our booked time he said "you'll need to go to the office and speak to Hannah", who might I add was nowhere to be seen during the confirmed appointment time We went over to the office and knocked on the door, only to be met with a rude woman putting her finger up and telling us to wait. Turns out, this was the illusive Hannah; dealing with something else other than the appointment she arranged, forcing us to stand in the rainAfter waiting a period of time me and my partner decided it wasn't worth dealing with such an unprofessional organisation so we walked away When I complained; Hannah had the audacity to lie and at first attempt to say "she isn't sure what I mean, the viewing arranged today were not only for me", which doesn't explain why she wasn't there, and why we were forced to stand in the rain When I made my complaint clear, that we had an agreed time and I expected her to keep the appointment and at least be present, she attempted to blame the other visitors who were there to view the property saying it was because "they were late", however unaware to Hannah; we spoke to them and they had an appointment for 1pm as well Absolutely terrible management and process, poor attitude and frankly the attempt to lie and deflect is all the writing on the wall anyone needs AVOID AVOID AVOID
Dear Miles, please see below a response from the office:Whilst Hannah did book in the appointment it was another member of staff who was attending the viewing and was whom the applicant met at the property. There seems to have been some miscommunication between the applicant viewing and the agent conducting the viewing as the agent thought the viewer was asking for Hannah whereas the viewer was asking for Hannah in expectation that she would be conducting the viewing. Hannah wanted to assist the applicant when he came to the office door but was dealing with an urgent matter on the phone so couldn’t just leave the call and when the call was done, she went to the door at which point the applicant had left. Hannah sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused and accepts that she could’ve made the applicant aware that other people were also viewing the property during the viewing slot although only one group/ person would’ve been viewing the actual flat at a time to ensure each person can view the flat comfortably without feeling pressured/ rushed. We understand the applicant feels aggrieved and would be happy to arrange a viewing of the property for the applicant to view the property alone without any other parties booked in at a similar time. & once again apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I used the (now closed) office in Brentford to rent a flat. On moving out the agents submitted a series of lies in order to scam us out of our deposit, working in collusion with the landlord. I was able to successfully appeal this with the deposit protection scheme and recieved my full deposit back, alongside the agents being forced to pay compensation for having tried to scam us. I can't say for the people at the other offices, but would specially call out a 'Mandeep Stewart' for being a total and complete liar and scam artist. If that wasn't enough, the agents tried to rent out the parking spot separately to gain even more money from the rental, despite the fact that the flat had been advertised with one. I was luckily able to prove our right to the spot to retain it - but you really can't imagine how far these agents will go to pocket extra cash! 0 stars, would never ever ever rent from them again.

We have just sold and bought through the Kensal Rise office. Overall we had a great experience, we were trying to complete before the stamp duty relief, which became quite tight, however Gurdeep couldn't have worked harder on our behalf to get things done on time. He went above and beyond and was very nice to deal with... Having used a few estate aagents in the past, Gurdeep has been by far the best. Along with Stuart being very helpful through the process.

He engages with the landlord from the start of the Lettings process to the end. He ensures the property is in a good condition and is ready for rent; he gives help and advice on how to improve things. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience as a tenant for nearly 3 years. There is a terrible case of toxic black mould in the property which has impacted my health and my children’s health. They have been reluctant to do anything about it- giving me advise such as “open the windows” and “keep the house at a constant temperature” it’s not acceptable considering they have a duty to provide safe living conditions, which they aren’t doing.
