TrustpilotHelpful staff.
Chris was able to show me the property at short notice. He had the required buyers paperwork with him so I was able to complete these and return Monday ready for auction Wednesday.I watched the auction online but bid successfully by phone.Follow up conversations by phone were prompt as was sale memorandum to solicitor.

We made enquiries about an auction approach. We had a number of viewing and some viewers were petty, making negative remarks about a 24 year old kitchen and fresh bathroom although people put in new baths stc. Seens a buyer trying to lower everything so more goes into the modifications. However, it was sold low, but slightly above the guide.
Hi, thanks very much for your excellent review of Dan. It's great to hear of your positive auction experience! Best, Auction House

Enormous thank you to Robert Hurst and the team. I know how hard they worked to achieve the best possible price for my parents house in these tough times. The moment I gave Robert the keys 🔑 he also took responsibility and I confidently stepped away. He didn't rest until he was sure he could do no more. Thank you Robert
Hi Gaye, thank you for such kind feedback. We'll be sure to pass this along to Robert too. All the best - Sam

TrustpilotAuction was best for us
Helen Plumstead was very helpful in explaining everything fully, taking responsibilty for viewings etc. and achieving a good price for our property. We had tried for two years to sell through agents without success. Although market conditions meant accepting a more realistic price, this was achieved through Auctionhouse. Thankyou.

TrustpilotGary Davison - like a terrier with a bone!
We were dealt with by Gary Davison who could not have been more helpful and informative. We felt very safe in his hands and were happy to leave all the arrangements to him.Although the property didn't sell at the first auction, Gary managed to find a buyer who had decided not to bid on the day, and after some haggling a sale was agreed. The buyer did mess us around with changing their mind about the price, as well as dragging their heels over deadlines, but Gary worked well on our behalf and eventually pinned them down to our satisfaction. He just wouldn't let it go!Many thanks, Gary, for your persistance!
Hi Alan, it is fantastic to hear about your recent experience selling through Auction House East Anglia! We will make sure your excellent feedback is passed on to Gary. Best, Auction House
