Really very impressed by the process of selling my house in Solihull The sale estimate price was right in the middle of the range of everyone else, however, others were unrealistically high and never likely to generate the footfall that Danes achieved. It was decided to open the house for a Saturday viewing session, however, it quickly became aparent that the interest generated required a second day. Clearly the pricing was bang on. The team was happy to lead the viewings and I needed to clarify very little as all information was thoroughly captured when Adam came to survey and provide the recommendations. I was delighted when I received numerous offers either at or above the asking price. Each was reviewed clearly and I was happy to accept an offer of 10% above the asking price. This was higher than the highest alternative recommendation from a competitor, but only possible with the approach to marketing. Following acceptance of the offer, the team guided me through the process, resolving the inevitable issues leading to a successful and stress free sale I genuinely recommend Danes. It’s not often I’ve received such realistic, professional advice and then a superb service from offer to completion Happy to answer specific questions K

I have used Danes a few times; once for a very realistic valuation on a family property, several house viewings and, some time later, my house purchase. I can't recommend them highly enough. Adam is very knowledgeable and honest, and I value that above all else. He is not held in such high regard for nothing! He has a great team of people around him and even though buying a property can be a long drawn out process, and very stressful at times, I always felt like I was in safe hands and was kept informed every step of the way. Being a first time buyer I needed that sort of comfort and I found it in Danes. I would not hesitate in contacting them if I was thinking of moving again, but they found me my perfect home :)

Danes have been fantastic, I recently bought a house through them and wished i had also sold through them. Vanessa did everything she could to help us find our new home and was always contactable and vital throughout the offer process, she did everything she could to negotiate for us and keep us posted with suitable properties as soon as they came to market. The after sales from Danes is also brilliant, Sam has been an absolute angel, nothing has been too much for her, chasing the whole chain and keeping us regularly updated with developments and helping to solve issues in a large chain. The team at Danes excel at customer service, I cant recommend this branch of Danes highly enough!!!
