Took almost a month / a full 20 working days to get my tenancy deposit back from Dixons, despite my Landlord agreeing it's release straight away and despite Dixon's contract saying they'll return it within 10 working days. Chloe just ignored all of my emails. When I asked for the complaints procedure that was ignored too, but I did suddenly get my deposit back. No explanation for the delay. If you're looking to rent a property through Dixon's I'd look elsewhere, unless you're happy to be completely ignored. It's a lot of money to withhold for no reason / with no explanation. A poor service for tenants.

I would like to say the service provided by Samar Zamar at the Dixon's office in Moseley was outstanding and he gave 100%. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage! He is very professional at his job and without his help I would not be in my new home! Thank you!

Kitti Krizanova, the agent at Dixons, was superbly efficient, polite, empathetic and knowledgeable. She responded quickly and informatively to our calls and emails, and was very forthcoming about the apartments we were interested in. Before, during and after the viewing, she was friendly and helpful, and introduced us to the tenants, who were about to leave the house. Our overall experience with her in particular and Dixons in general has been absolutely positive.

Worst Dixons experience ever the estate agent was extremely rude, I had my family members property advertised with them and decided to take it off. When that happened they started getting rude and threatening as I said I will try sell it separately as it had been on advertise for a long time, then they started looking for ways to charge additional fees. I will never use these pathetic, desperate, untrained thieves again.

We used Dixon's to both sell and purchase a new property and had an incredible experience on both occasions. Abi's a lovely branch manager. She tried so hard to get everything done, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown. The whole process was made very easy, beginning with Peter's first visit, valuation, and initial marketing of the property. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and offered plenty of advice and support. We were fortunate enough to receive a really good offer and sold the property within the first week. The various phases that go into buying and selling a home were explained thoroughly by Sam - the financial advisor at Dixons. It was simply a pleasure to meet and deal with him. He literally went above and beyond his way to get us an incredible mortgage deal plus he was literally a call away to help us with any queries that we had. Throughout the whole process, Molly truly helped push the sale forward, especially when the solicitors were non-responsive. She was simply a joy to speak to and did everything she could, especially during a setback. Both the sale and purchase were successful and we're now living in a beautiful family home.
