We have just completed the sale of our house using the services of Lisa at Chosen Home. The whole process has been well managed from start to finish. Chosen Home have produced amazing marketing materials of our home, which showcased it beautifully. The team were always courteous and considerate when booking viewings and kept us informed at all times. Lisa offered us support along the way and worked hard to keep the sale on track, even when it got a bit tricky! Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I used to think that all estate agents were the same and all they did was take some average photos of your house and put them on Right Move. Then I met with Chris from Chosen and my opinion changed. Chosen are a fantastic estate agents. Professional and friendly, who understand current market trends. Their marketing of our house was phenomenal. We had about 8 viewings within the first few days and it sold in under a week!Their service didn't stop there. Once sold they looked after us really well, chasing solicitors and the other people in the chain to get us moved within 7 weeks! The service from Chris and the entire team was above and beyond in every sense.bif you're reading this, don't think twice and choose these guys for your sale!

We would highly recommend Chosen Homes. So far it has been a seamless process from the initial meeting with Rob for the valuation to the photography, marketing and the selling. Our property was marketed better than we had hoped and therefore obtaining a sale within a matter of days! Excellent ongoing communication - Chosen Homes is definitely the way forward!

GoogleMy experience of house selling was made at least half as stressful by the wonderful girls from Chosen. Gemma number 1, was extremely proactive in helping me put my property on the market for maximum impact, it sold very quickly then Gemma C became my source of all information and support. There are no areas that those girls did not cover 100% efficiently, I am now in the house of my dreams made so much easier by the 2 Gemma’s.Cant thank you enough. Xx

We had a brilliant experience with Chosen as buyers last year and had no doubt we wanted to instruct them on our sale this year. Nicki and Chris led for Chosen but the whole team made it a smooth and pain free process. They are knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. They were able to make recommendations and introductions - Green Lean Gardening (excellent) to get our garden sale ready; conducted all viewings so no hassle for us and we received near instant feedback on a WhatsApp group. As the title says, we took just 6 weeks from going on market to completing (a bit of luck with the chain below helped with that, but agreement for sale was super fast). Also, their model is that the buyer pays their fees, which works much better than you might think. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Chosen were the sellers' agents on our recent house purchase. Their service was so good, it felt like they were working for us too. The whole team were friendly, responsive and pro-active - Nicki in particular was first rate. A fantastic experience. We met Chris buying our current home and his modern, open & honest approach was a breath of fresh air after awful experiences from the old fashioned complacent usual suspects.So when we had real difficulties selling a flat we were renting, due to useless estate agents only interested in easy to sell properties, post Truss interest rates increases & over risk averse mortgage providers reducing the possibility of finding buyers we approached Chris to take over.He certainly had to work hard to get us over the line, but at no point did we feel he wouldn't make it happen for us.Through great communications from him and the team, his easy and confident manner & natural concern for us and positive support renewed our faith in the business and experience of selling properties and our previous dislike of the profession from many bad past experiences.Can't thank him enough for all he has done, and are confident in recommending him for a better experience for any one searching for a good agency to sell their property.We completed last Friday 20th October 2023.Alex & Joy Cowley, Sutton Coldfield

We recently used Chosen Home to sell our property after sitting on it for years. We have had a bad experience with renting the property with an array of poor tenants, so decided that we wanted to sell the property. After going with Chosen, we found a buyer within weeks, but as it turned out, we were dealing with particularly difficult buyers who kept increasing their demands on the state and value of the property. Chosen Home were amazing and helped us to navigate this difficult process with constant support and encouraging updates.One of the things that we really appreciated about Chosen Home was their personal touch. They created a Whatsapp group for our whole family so that we could all stay up-to-date on the progress of the sale. This was really helpful, as it meant that we didn't have to keep checking in/chasing them individually. Everyone in the Chosen team was a member of the group chat, so that there was accountability and transparency on progress.We also really appreciated Chosen Home's help with negotiating with the buyers. Chris, our agent, had a great knowledge of the housing market and was able to give us some really helpful advice on how to price our house and how to deal with the buyers' demands.Overall, we were really happy with the service that we received from Chosen Home. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and overall, just fantastic people to deal with. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house. Choose Chosen!
