TrustpilotSimply The Best
I was somewhat skeptical when we first contacted Chosen, however I can honestly say we have been blown away by the service and professionalism of Rob and the Team. We had a somewhat demanding buyer who insisted on multiple surveys and reports and each time the Chosen Team arranged to attend and oversee on our behalf. I have dealt with lots of estate agents and these guys are a different class.

TrustpilotWe highly recommend using Chosen
We highly recommend using Chosen, they are everything we needed with having the stress of selling two properties at the same time. Nicki and Hannah are knowledgeable, professional but also have a great personal touch to the whole process. Their communication is exceptional and we personally found it refreshing working with a company that is not restrictive to a 9-5 working window. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Chosen again .

TrustpilotThe team at Chosen sold my property…
The team at Chosen sold my property within 4 days of going on the market, I had a large block viewing of 21 people and received multiple offers which resulted in selling over the asking price. The excellent customer service along with not paying a fee to sell would make it a no brainer for me to recommend Chosen or use them again. Thank you!

TrustpilotHighly recommended agents
Really positive experience with Chosen as our agents. The team were available and responsive when needed and quick to step in when the process stalled. Best of all our buyer paid their fee in full when our sale completed.

TrustpilotWhat can l say
What can l say, but soo happy with the service we got we Chosen Home. Very direct and to the point which was good for us as we didn't want a lot of back and fourth going on. The feedback what we got from them about selling the house was amazing as those changes helped us as well.

The people at Chosen make you feel valued and are easily contactable which makes the process of selling and buying a house so much less stressful than it can be. TrustpilotExcellent service
We sold our property in less than a week all thanks to the professionalism and expertise of chosen. We are glad we selected chosen after a really bad experience with another estate agent. And best of all we didn't have to pay a penny to sell our house.
