I've used other estate agents before and Chosen gave the best experience. They sell for free, and yet their customer service and high quality marketing were exemplary. Chris, who represented us, was friendly, courteous and helpful all the way through. The WhatsApp group chat too made communication with the whole team seamless and fast throughout. Chosen will continue to be my chosen estate agent of choice in the future. Thanks team!

We could not recommend Chosen enough … from day one Gemma gave us full confidence we sold within one week … our buyers then pulled out due to loosing their jobs !! She then sold in again … the quality of the pictures and video together with Gemma doing our block viewings sold it … Thank you Chosen we are loving our big move and new home in Wales 🤗🤗🤗

From start to finish Chosen Home have been phenomenal with every aspect of our house sale. From the initial meeting we found Gemma so professional and knowledgable about the current market and what we could expect when selling our home. We were blown away by the fantastic communication we received from the very moment we put our house on the market, right the way through until completion. We accepted an offer on our property on New Year’s Eve (!) after only being on the market a few weeks. We were always kept in the loop and Chosen followed up on the sale to ensure we had a smooth exchange and completion, right until the last moment. I recently bought a house which was on the market with Chosen. I can honestly say I have had such a positive experience from the start of this process to the end. Victoria and Gemma C have been so supportive to me and I honestly cannot thank them both enough. They were always there to call if needed, and they kept me up to date at all times with the sale progression of the house I bought. They really care for their clients and want the best for them and provide a very personal touch compared to other estate agents. I really did feel like nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible.On completion day I was met by Chris who kindly handed over the keys for me- and also a lovely new home card was waiting for me, again a personal touch and there for you until the very end.I am so happy with my new home and certainly won't be moving anytime soon!! However if I was to ever move again I will definitely choose Chosen over any other estate agent and I honestly do mean that.Thankyou Victoria, Gemma C and Chris. Chosen Homes have been excellent throughout the process of us selling our house. Through what has been a prolonged process - no fault of Chosen - they have always been pro-active, attentive and responsive. When there were some major hiccoughs in the process, they helped to speedily resolve the situation, which allowed the delays to be minimised.Their advertising and sales process made full use of technology which allowed our house to be advertised to its best which facilitated a speedy offer.All of the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. I would fully recommend them.

We have just completed on the sale of a property we had lived in for 33 years. Chosen were recommended by a friend when there were other larger estate agents operating in our area. We had 3 quotes and although not the highest, we selected Chosen as we thought it had the best chance of success and was the most realistic. From the beginning with Nicki and Gemma, they were excellent in arranging, carrying out viewings and putting together all our on line details, assisted by some amazing photos from their very professional photographer. We ended up with 1 buyer whom we stuck with for 7 months and it paid off. During that period our main contact was Victoria. She has been quite superb in terms of keeping us up to date and responding very promptly to all queries. We rarely do reviews but Chosen Homes exceeded our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. You will not be disappointed and their arrangements regarding fees are well worth an enquiry. They are an exceptionally professional Company.

My house sale was a two and a half year marathon. Chosen Home helped me to navigate the time wasters and get to where I needed to be. They're the team you want on your side. If a buyer pulls out for whatever reason they'll get you a new buyer before you can register the loss! The experience they have between them is 2nd to none. If I had to do it all again, I would choose Chosen Home.

We were dreading the process of selling and buying a new home after two very (unnecessarily) stressful moves but Chosen were superb and made the whole process so much easier, going above and beyond. Nicki's enthusiasm and expertise shone through from our very first meeting and unlike other estate agents she made herself available to answer any questions 7 days a week even after exchange. The photos and Matterport video tour were exceptional and couldn't be any more different to some of the poor phone camera photos we often saw online. And huge credit to Victoria who kept us updated throughout the whole process and doggedly chased solicitors on both sides to ensure there were no slippages and kept everyone abreast of developments. Victoria always responded to text messages and emails within a few hours (often minutes). The whole process was seamless and Chosen has truly disrupted the traditional bricks and mortar estate agent model. We would highly recommend them!

We met Nicki by chance when we were viewing a potential property to buy and move. Nicki oozed professionalism and there and then we decided that we would like Chosen Home to act in the sale of our home. The whole team were so easy to deal with from the photographer, Rob, Hannah and of course Nicki. They did their due diligence on respective buyers for our home to ensure no ones time was wasted. They helped all through the process going well beyond their expected duties. Oh and finally - we had zero fees to pay for the sale of the house!

I have received an absolutely amazing service from Nicki and Rob at Chosen Homes. Although sceptical at first about no fees for the seller, I was eventually won over by Rob's enthusiasm about how the Company work. Well one week on from being 'live' on Rightmove and our home is sold and we have achieved over the asking price as well. Nicki and Rob have been magnificent in dealing with all the appointments and viewings and, above all, keeping us informed of what progress was being made.If you are planning on moving home in the future, definitely use Chosen Homes. You will not be disappointed.

The purchasing support was great, particularly from Nicki who we mainly dealt with, but the whole team were excellent and really worked with us to help the process through. I was recommended Chosen through a friend when I was planning on selling my home.They have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of marketing and selling my home.The photographer is one of the best in the country and he made my home look amazing on the photos.Nicki & Hannah we’re both lovely women with plenty of experience.I was always kept fully up to date regarding my viewings and I could get in touch with them whenever I needed to weather it was a week day or weekends.Chosen impressed me so much not just because I don’t pay an agency fee but also because they advertise property’s on 6 different websites so there’s more opportunity for the public to see your home on the market.I sold my home after 5 days for over the asking price and I’m one very happy lady.I really would highly recommend you getting in touch with Chosen if your thinking of selling your property as you can’t go wrong.I shall definitely use them again and I’ve told all of my family and friends about them.

Whilst Chosen are a newly formed company, don’t let that put you off because they have a wealth of experience behind them, which proved invaluable during the sale of my property. Rob shared his research with me to evidence why he had arrived at the valuation of the property - not all estate agents did this when I was shopping around. He was very professional, responsive to queries and kept me regularly updated as to the sale of the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chosen to prospective sellers.
