Do not hesitate to use Chosen Home. They sold my house within days. What really impresses is the speed with which they market the property and the professional and personable attitude. They don't pressure you but give you all the information you need clearly and transparently. Photographs were lovely as was Paul the photographer and Nicki is charming an honest. Rob professional, personable with great communication. I am so pleased I went with them. Thank you.

We worked with Lisa who was professional throughout. She’s very experienced and she does all viewings herself. I’d highly recommend her, and Chosen, because they are thorough, they provide clear communication throughout. The group WhatsApp approach means queries are answered quickly.

I have to admit I was dubious at first as I saw not sure how this concept would differ . But the attention to detail and their customer first approach throughout the process was different to the old estate agent approach . They handled it very professionally and made you feel it was all under control with regular updates .Nicki , Rob are simply great ambassadors for Chosen . Thank you Grant and Tracey Adams

They were exceptional from start to finish, we had valuations from a number of agents but Nicki was by FAR the best, a wealth of experience, industry knowledge but most important honesty. We have just completed the sale of our house using the services of Lisa at Chosen Home. The whole process has been well managed from start to finish. Chosen Home have produced amazing marketing materials of our home, which showcased it beautifully. The team were always courteous and considerate when booking viewings and kept us informed at all times. Lisa offered us support along the way and worked hard to keep the sale on track, even when it got a bit tricky! Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I used to think that all estate agents were the same and all they did was take some average photos of your house and put them on Right Move. Then I met with Chris from Chosen and my opinion changed. Chosen are a fantastic estate agents. Professional and friendly, who understand current market trends. Their marketing of our house was phenomenal. We had about 8 viewings within the first few days and it sold in under a week!Their service didn't stop there. Once sold they looked after us really well, chasing solicitors and the other people in the chain to get us moved within 7 weeks! The service from Chris and the entire team was above and beyond in every sense.bif you're reading this, don't think twice and choose these guys for your sale!

GoogleMy experience of house selling was made at least half as stressful by the wonderful girls from Chosen. Gemma number 1, was extremely proactive in helping me put my property on the market for maximum impact, it sold very quickly then Gemma C became my source of all information and support. We had a brilliant experience with Chosen as buyers last year and had no doubt we wanted to instruct them on our sale this year. Nicki and Chris led for Chosen but the whole team made it a smooth and pain free process. They are knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with. They were able to make recommendations and introductions - Green Lean Gardening (excellent) to get our garden sale ready; conducted all viewings so no hassle for us and we received near instant feedback on a WhatsApp group. As the title says, we took just 6 weeks from going on market to completing (a bit of luck with the chain below helped with that, but agreement for sale was super fast). Also, their model is that the buyer pays their fees, which works much better than you might think. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
