We finally completed the sale of our property but it was not without its challenges due to things beyond our control. Throughout the months, the Paramount team worked hard to make sure that we could get this over the line because we were nearing a deadline that would have jeopardised the whole sale. A special thank you to Jamie Jacobs! Jamie was an excellent communicator and always had our best interests at heart. He was highly knowledgeable and a great problem solver who went above and beyond to help us overcome some tough challenges in the process. A really great asset to Paramount and we really appreciate his service. Thank you also to the other team members who also contributed their valuable time to make this happen. I am so thankful that I had paramount properties looking after me through my search for my new home. From the first viewing my estate agent Lionel was knowledgable, friendly, and always available to answer questions or chase down anything I needed. I've just completed on my first flat and I am extremely grateful to have been with Paramount for the process, as they have been absolutely fantastic! All in all everything was swift, communication was excellent, and I felt everything was handled with honesty, care and attention - which I'm sure is not often the case. Although I dealt with a few people along the way (all of whom were lovely), Jamie in particular has been brilliant. I honestly couldn't fault the effort he put in to keep everything running smoothly. As a first-time buyer I was a bit nervous at times and had lots of questions, but nothing was too much for him and he dealt with all my questions patiently and thoroughly. His relationship with the seller also proved very helpful and his communication between us was great and helped keep things moving, without ever being too pushy. Thank you Jamie for all your help and hard work; you are a testament to the company! I'm sure I will use Paramount to sell my flat eventually too as I can't imagine having a better service from anyone else.

It has been an eventful roller coaster of a ride, with many sleepless nights and uncertain days. The last four months have been an experience that has only been manageable thanks to the team at Paramount and, in particular, Jamie. There were times that we were ready to pull out, and with the insistence and confidence from Jamie that everything would be ok, we carried through. He kept us updated at all times, even when there were no updates to give. At times, he settled our nerves by keeping everything together, handling the seller's expectations and our demands and ensuring that the solicitors kept the ball rolling. Really good experience with Paramount selling our 2 bed flat in Kilburn, they fully deserve a 5 star review. The video Robert did was excellent, as was the flat advert. Both Jamie and Robert were very good through the whole process, keeping us informed and efficiently managing the process. The background support was also excellent with weekly updates on advert viewing stats and timely feedback on viewings. The negogiation and offer management was spot on, and Jamie kept the process on track through to exchange of contracts. The sales memorandum was prompt and of good quaility. Highly recommend Paramount, they got our flat under offer at near asking price within 2 months in what was a fairly challenging market. Chapeau!

I messaged Dexter on a bank holiday Monday 8th May, around 7.30pm, expecting to hear back the next day - instead we'd exchanged enough messages to allow both me to submit an offer and also have the landlord accept - around an hour later. My property has been let out and managed through Paramount for over twenty years. They provide a consistently excellent service. All of the staff who I deal with are professional, efficient and always go the extra mile to provide a really great service. The team are friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions however small. In addition they've helped me to maintain my property by organising renovations which have really improved the flat, ensuring it's a great place for tenants to live. I am based several hours away from the property so it's reassuring to have Paramount on hand if any issues arise. Update- I have now sold a flat through Paramount (as well as previously had them managing tenants and leasing of my flat) and I can't recommend Paramount highly enough. They just do things differently and better. Despite being based overseas and in a different timezone, the team went out of their way to communicate with me and involve me in the process. Everyone there works as a highly efficient team with their own specialty areas. Very grateful for the help of Adam, Harrison Jamie, Mehul, Sandro and Suzanne for all their help with the sale and getting the flat ready and Spencer for helping manage all the refurbishments in the beginning.
