I am a landlord and have been letting flats through Paramount since 2012 . I am very happy with their services. Paramount have found me great reliable tenants on each letting and I have never had any problems with my tenants. Paramount are professional and proactive and go above and beyond to help me manage my flats. I have dealt with many of Paramount's employees over the years and have had great experiences with all. I would highly commend Holly ,Lucy and Harry whom I have worked with most recently I recommend using Paramount.

I've had a very good experience so far with Paramount properties. I had to move in shortly after visiting the flat they presented to me and they have been super flexible and quick to help process the paperwork so that I could move in at the right date. Harry in particular has been super helpful in helping me set up my bills and answer any question I had about the paperwork to make it go as smoothly as possible. They have been great as well to help me negotiate the furnishing of the flat, and Dexter has organised a change of mattress and nightstand really efficiently. I fully recommend this team.

We bought our flat in Kilburn through Paramount many years ago, and had such a good experience, particularly as first time buyers at the time. We had kept in touch with Adam over the years and finally the moment came for us to move, so naturally we turned to Paramount. Comparing the valuations we received, Paramount was not the most aggressive, but we wanted to work with people we felt very comfortable with and whom we trusted were giving us an honest view on what our flat could sell for. It turned out they were exactly right, whilst we initially marketed a little higher that what they advised on our own prerogative, the offers we were getting were consistently around the valuation, so we realised that was the right value. We have a baby at home, so protecting our privacy as much as possible was key, and Paramount could offer that as they made a comprehensive (and so so lovely) video presentation of the flat, so only serious potential buyers would come for a viewing. Paramount was very supportive throughout the viewings process always trying to accommodate our schedule. It didn’t take too long for us to agree a sale and whilst the first buyer had misled us and pulled out shortly after we accepted the offer, Paramount went back into it with the same enthusiasm to get us another buyer. We did indeed have another offer shortly after. Jamie who handled the negotiations and post sales communications, was super on top of things, always nudging things along and trying to bring us and the buyer to an agreement about the various issues raised. He was very helpful and attentive and patient. Paramount also has an impressive network of tradesmen they can recommend, we used a number of them both pre-marketing and during the sale process and every one of them were excellent. Overall I am very happy we worked with Paramount for the sale of our flat as we felt in safe, honest and respectful hands, it never felt like it’s about making an extra dollar no matter what, the focus was always on meeting our needs.

We're really sad to leave our Paramount managed rental property after 6.5 very happy years. The whole team from Paramount have been fantastic throughout our time here - from finding us the flat in the first place, to being responsive and understanding on the rare occasions when issues arose. (We owe Mehul, Dexter and the rest of the team many beers). We brought our children home to our Paramount flat - and if it wasn't for them rapidly growing, we would be staying for many more years! If you're a prospective tenant, or a landlord looking for a management company then Paramount are 100% the way to go. This is how renting should be - for both tenant and landlord. This was the best moving process we have had, Janki and Dexter were amazing and so helpful. The day before we were due to move Dexter sent us a video showing everything that they had done to the flat and wished us luck with the move. Easily contactable the whole time, went out of the way to ask the landlord any questions we had before we signed the agreement and did anything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. Our experience with Paramount was amazing from our first enquiry. Dexter was incredibly accommodating at finding a time for our viewing that worked around our difficult schedules meaning we could view the property as soon as possible and we fell in love with it immediately. He was super quick at communicating our offer form and clear on all our costs and the journey with paramount. We chose a property that had furniture that we did not require and so agreed we could pay to put it in storage - Dexter was so incredibly kind in letting us know that this year they would instead like to donate the cost of the storage to Macmillan Cancer Support - the charity that I work for. This was a really heartwarming gesture and shows how personable Paramount is. We were then passed over to Janki who was so incredibly thorough with all the steps for our move (as an overly organised person with OCD tendencies this made the entire process so much less stressful for me). I cannot fault anything so far with Paranount. The perks we receive as well are such a wonderful addition and really shows that Paramount genuinely care about their clients getting the most from their experiences. We’re certain we will always use Paramount for as long as we live in an area that they cover and would love to one day purchase our first property through them.

Our entire experience with Paramount in selling our flat was absolutely seamless! We first had Leighton manage the pre-listing process, discussing their fees, etc and all the communication was superbly clear and it all felt easy. The first noticeable difference as compared the the agency we’d listed with just before Paramount was the quality of viewings. They were getting the right people in, engaging with them and actually selling our flat, as opposed to just pointing to each room. The offer we received was through Jamie and he was a pleasure to work with. Calm, collected & positive. Cory was so responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and simply lovely from the first phone call all the way to finalising the letting agreement.
