GoogleAccepted our offer. Took our money. Confirmed it was off the market. Received a call the next day stating that a higher offer was getting accepted on the property we had already put our deposit down on.
Dear Chloe, we are equally disappointed that the property did not work out for you. Unfortunately the landlord accepted an offer through a different agency, who were also marketing the property - so this was beyond our control. I can assure you we took your holding deposit in good faith, and will of course be returning to you as soon as the money has cleared to us. GoogleUnbelievable agency! They have been a terrible assistance to any problems that happened in my apartment that I have rented from them. Very unprofessional agency and very rude. Beware and stay away from this agency!!!
