Hi Zaid, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your flat, however, Paramount Residential sold you the leasehold flat and were not the managing agents of the building. We understand that the freehold was sold a few months ago and that you were informed of the address and telephone number of the new freeholder; any issues with your flat should be directed to them.

GoogleGreat experience - Dexter our agent and Richard our property manager were very helpful! The whole process of sorting out the contract and getting the inventory was easy and they've been quick to respond to questions and requests since we moved in. Would definitely recommend them!

GoogleI have been calling over and over and over again for at least ten days now ever since I saw a flat I liked on Rightmove. No one answers the phone. Can’t get through to them. Extremely weird.

GoogleUmar found me a buyer super fast. But the lockdown hit just as we were ready to exchange and at one stage the sale stalled. However Robert persisted until we arrived at a satisfactory outcome. Would highly recommend.

GooglePreviously, I've had some pretty negative experiences with letting agencies. Katie and Adam, however, were a breath of fresh air, very professional, responded quickly to our emails, and were always friendly. I would definitely recommend Paramount for anyone looking to rent a property.
