GoogleHaving had experience of various letting agents across London over the years, I am very impressed by Paramount and would say they compare very favourably against other agents, plus their fees are some of the lowest I've come across which made the difference to me as I was on a tight budget. The speed and diligence of their response to my initial online enquiry about my property was really exceptional - I logged my interest for the property online at around 11pm on a Tuesday and they emailed me back before 7am the next day offering viewings. On viewing day itself nothing was too much trouble by way of letting me check things, ask questions, and view the property a second time. This made all the difference to my search and to me being able to secure the property I had my heart set on. After that, the contract and check-in process was also relatively efficient and pain-free, and I'm really happy in my new home - no horrid surprises about the place once I was in - the agent and property description were honest and accurate. Would definitely recommend to others, in fact have already done so once.!

GoogleI sold my property through Paramount in August 2016. Viewings started on the first day it went on the market. and I accepted an offer within two weeks. I'm certain this is because it was marketed at the right price and to the right market. Paramount provided an outstanding service to me, and as my neighbour bought his property through them, I know they do the same for buyers. They understand their clients amazingly well, and directed the right buyers to view my property. Lionel acted as my agent and was fantastic at providing feedback, informing me as soon as he'd booked viewings, and providing sound advice. I also got to know other members of the team during my sale, who were also always friendly, polite and also gave timely feedback. I can't rate Paramount highly enough and highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers. They made my sale smooth and easy, and ensured everything was on track once I'd accepted the offer. Perhaps the most notable point is that they were always honest and never overwhelmed me with constant calls once they'd valued my property, which every other agent I've dealt with has done. And while other agents I've dealt with tend to boast about their services and ability to sell properties, but so often fail to deliver (which was my experience prior to appointing Paramount), Paramount takes a levelled approach and achieved a fast and smooth sale for me in miminal time. It is absolutely fine to have guests visit you at your property, however, it is not acceptable for a tenant to market a rented property on online platforms and accept payment for guest stays. Regarding keys, even though both our consultant and check-in clerk had no issue accessing your property, we still sent a locksmith to resolve your issue. We have been prompt responding to any issues that you have raised and have done our best to work with your availability. We also ensured that your deposit was returned as quickly as possible - much quicker than our quoted time frame.
