Paramount were extremely prompt in coming out to see us and marketing our property, with regular Prime Listing on Rightmove, and kept us up-to-date with regular emails and phone calls. Soroush took care of us to begin with and thereafter it was Lionel - who looked after us from viewings, to offer, through to exchange and completion. I can honestly say, Lionel worked over and above the call of duty and absolutely earned his commission! He fought hard for us, chasing all parties regularly, to bring about a swift exchange and I’ve never felt so looked after. I have complete confidence in Paramount and highly recommend them! (We’ve also used them for renting properties in the past and were extremely impressed then too)

GoogleI have just sold my flat through Paramount and my experience of the team and service was very impressive. I had to list the flat twice as the first sale fell through (through no fault of Paramount’s), and both times the level of service I received was of the highest standard. I found both Oliver and Lionel to be courteous, well-informed and responsive, and both provided me with frequent updates on the progress of the sale. They managed the issues that cropped up throughout the process smoothly and with professionalism, and offered expert and pragmatic advice when solicited. I would not hesitate to list with Paramount again in the future, and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area
