The most fantastic agency. Can’t fault the service from first meeting to completion. Jamie was amazing throughout. Gave fantastic and clear advice. Developed a sensible sales strategy and a great marketing package then really threw everything at it. I have already recommended him and the team to other people. Jamie and the team went above and beyond, advising me on how to update the property and present it for sale, getting the right buyers through the door and getting people to make great offers. Highly recommend Dexter and Jamie

We highly recommend Dexter, he project managed our renovation after we had rented our property for many years and then decided to put on the market for sale. Dexter has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project, was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The renovation was high quality, beautiful finishings and all for a reasonable price. Overall 5/5 stars. We worked closely with Jamie to sell our property, Jamie is professional and knows the market really well. Jamie provided us with honest feedback and a market valuation and we were able to sell quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend Jamie and we are so pleased to have sold our property with Paramount. Paramount is an amazing company. All staff are friendly and helpful. Niall organised amazing photographs of my flat and it was under offer in 24 hours!! The journey to completion was a huge hurdle but Suzanne the sort of Admin person came to the rescue. She was always there for me, replying immediately to emails and calling me often with updates. I live in the USA, and I have rented out my property since 2010 with Paramount properties. Paramount, specifically, Spencer Lawrence, has been brilliant from my first interaction with him in 2010 and continues today. He has been my trusted advisor, providing good, balanced objective feedback that has always been spot on. When Covid struck, his recommendations and guidance was spot on in enabling me to adjust and secure great tenants throughout Covid. In 2023, I’ve just completed a 3-month renovation of my property remotely with Spencer Lawrence on the ground managing the whole engagement. What a guy!! His attention to detail, his management of the contractors, his engaging, professional, and cordial personality is just brilliant. Regular updates throughout the whole renovation process, pictures, videos, phone calls. Providing options on materials, adjusting schedules to fit the needs. His creative and meticulous mindset. I’ve told Spencer he should write a book on how to engage and run projects. Please Spencer, write the book. Paramount, get Spencer to do a Maser Class on Customer engagement. He is that good!! If you are looking to rent your property and or looking for someone to manage your property renovation, Paramount, specifically Spencer Lawrence is your guy!!!

When we decided to sell the property Lionel visited us and detailed the strategy Paramount would take for the sale. The family were happy with the approach and appointed Lionel and his team. For marketing a video of the property was made showing the true extent of the space and extent of refurbishment for the property. Paramount filtered offers made and only advised when a serious offer was tabled in the first week. The team members were polite efficient and always kept us informed when visits to site were undertaken. Lionel and his team worked tirelessly assisting the buyer and us to close out the deal. Dan from Paramount was always on the case, ensuring prompt responses were given by interested parties and minimising delays.
