Paramount were superb throughout the process of buying our flat. Harrison was great showing us around and answering our queries. Jamie and Suzanne were incredible - so quick and easy to communicate with and transparent throughout the process. Not always had the easiest time in the past getting hold of agents for updates, but with Paramount we had a whatsapp group with Suzanne and Jamie and they responded instantly to any queries and were easy to get hold of when needed. Friendly, efficient and great to work with - I would definitely recommend Paramount to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Our family had a great experience with Paramount. Our journey began with Harrison, Harrison was accommodating, informative, honest and helpful throughout the search process. He was understanding of our daughter's needs and prioritized her but he also welcomed our involvement and support of our daughter in her first flat purchase. Once our daughter had an offer accepted we moved into the safe and capable hands of Jamie. Jamie has been excellent. He got the balance just right, moving things forward but always with consideration. He was consistently responsive and most efficient and agreeable in all communications with us. JLL group got back to us quickly but even further, we were put in touch with what we feel like was the best, Hannah! She was prompt on everything, professional, but also knew how to create customer relationships. Everything you’d want to feel taken care of. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement.
