It was our first time renting a flat in London, and we're glad we did it with Paramount. Back in 2020, Ollie was very nice and professional during our viewings, and also when the time came to put in an offer for the one we liked. He and Katie were also very efficient and helpful helping us navigate London's renting process, very useful for first time renters like us! When we moved in into the flat, there were a number of small things in the apartment that need to be fixed. Paramount's team, including a great contractor (Naresh), tended to them within a few days. We have been in this place for 5 years now and despite the typical issues of a London flat (oh those charming old houses), the team at Paramount were always very kind and helpful helping as issues arose, Special shout out to Sandro for this! I really appreciated their efficiency in managing it and making sure any issue (and all the necessary gas safety, electrical checks etc) were taken care of promptly. I must give a special mention to my most recent property manger, Alessandro (Sandro) Lucatello, who was not only super friendly and a real pleasure to deal with, but excellent at getting things organized, dealing with the back & forth that can sometimes occur with more complex projects, and making sure everything was handled with as little stress on me as possible. Paramount represented the buyer when I purchased the property 5 years ago. I have used them for my rental management since then and all their reps have been very helpful and responsive to emails. They also acted for me when I sold the property a few weeks ago. Jamie was dealing with the sale and Holly managed the rental side and tenant. We highly recommend Dexter, he project managed our renovation after we had rented our property for many years and then decided to put on the market for sale. Dexter has excellent communication skills, keeping us informed throughout the project, was always quick to respond to any of our questions.
