GoogleWe were pleased with the service we received from Paramount. Our flat was well marketed and a sensible sales strategy was adopted - the agents were realistic about price in a difficult market. Oliver Gorman, in particular, did a great job managing what was, at times, a tricky chain (including some very unresponsive solicitors) and was unfailingly available on both phone and email.

They supported me with all the initial arrangements needed for renting it and introduced me to the landlord. Since we first met, they've been answering to all my queries with the details I need. GoogleOur experience with both Ollie and Janki have been extremely smooth. On contacting Ollie directly, they were extremely quick and efficient with us and explained what we needed to do, almost sorting us overnight. Janki has also been very helpful and extremely friendly and well communicative with us.

GoogleI could not view the flat physically as I was outside London, but the video tour has been helping a lot and the team called me afterwards to get my thoughts/ answer any questions I had. The team has really helped our move to be as smoothly as possible. They deliver high-quality customer services.

This is the worst agency that I have ever had to deal with in my life. They are all nice and friendly to start with fake smiles just to get their commission then change They offered me lower fees then later changed their mind and completely misleading me. The agent nice at first then turned ruthless harsh and was totally unpleasant towards me and are very snooty. They telling me what to do judging me on my health wont listen to anything I had to say. They all about money selling a home is about peoples lives selling a lifestyle .so unprofessional Ive gone elsewhere. and never recommend.

GoogleGreat overall experience when looking to rent a property! We did our viewings with Adam who was very helpful throughout the process and once our offer was accepted Jason helped us with arranging paperwork details. They were both very professional as we did not face any of the standard bad practices often met in market and we would definitely recommend them!
