Paramount has been managing our properties for a number of years and we can't praise them enough. Our homes have never been untenanted for more than 24 hours, and the tenants we have had have been vetted and well-managed. We've recently moved back into one of our properties from overseas, and Paramount handled the whole move incredibly smoothly, making what could have been a very stressful time far more easy for us. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We dealt with Paramount as buyers, so can’t comment on the selling aspect, but we were really, really happy with the service shown by Robert. He accommodated us at very short notice for our first viewing, he was always friendly and knowledgeable, and he did his best to make the whole buying process as straightforward as possible between us and the seller. Paramount was by far the best of any London estate agents that we had come across.

We used Paramount recently to let out our flat and were pleased with the service. The staff were responsive (in particular, replying to emails late at night and throughout the weekend), the property was let quickly and they secured good tenants. We were especially impressed with the service provided by James and Spencer. Paramount didn't manage to secure as high a rent as they originally claimed they could, however, all in all, it was a good experience and we'd happily use them again/recommend them to others.

My flat sold very quickly with little inconvenience to me. I work from home and was dreading the influx of people. Paramount vetted their potential buyers well and an agreed price was reached very quickly. I was in a bridging situation and the agent managed to tie up a protracted closing of contract to suite my needs. I was particularly impressed with the commitment agreement which the buyer and myself paid into to ensure a penalty payment from either party if we had a change of heart not based upon structural or legal issues. I have sold many properties over the years and was impressed with the professionalism I received and would instruct them again on other sales that might arise in the future. We can honestly say we had a really good experience with Paramount - from viewing the property with Dexter to sorting out the paperwork with Jason it was all very hassle-free - we were never put under any pressure and all queries were handled professionally and helpfully. They also don't feel like a rip-off compared to other estate agents out there - the admin fees are more reasonable than others which only means we'd want to use their services again.

The staff work hard to make sure you are informed and are always highly responsive via email and phone. It is evident that Paramount always keep the best interests of both tenants and landlords in mind, and are selective about who they do business with. As a tenant, I feel confident that they will be reliable as a lettings agency going forward, and a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with multiple lettings agencies in London and Paramount are truly miles ahead of the rest. Their processes and procedures are slick, and they are even integrating tech and apps to improve the overall experience for all parties involved. The Paramount team have been the ideal support to help us settle into such a busy city like London.
