I only have good things to say about these guys. They have all been very helpful, professional and organised. That includes Dexter, Jason, Daniel and Tatum. This was my first time dealing with an estate agent, and despite some terrible stories that I heard and most people telling me to be careful, that was not the case for me at all. I moved into my new flat a few weeks ago and I am more than happy with it. I genuinely had a great experience with Paramount and would personally definitely recommend them.

Rented a property through Paramount for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. From start to end everything was straightforward and professional. A special mention should be made for Dani Davey who helped so much with the maintenance side of things. She was beyond helpful, taking ownership of any problems to make sure they got resolved, and acting with due urgency when the situation required it. The workmen that fix any issues are excellent and very professional. Overall I would definitely recommend Paramount, especially for rentals where the property is managed by them.

It's been over a month since we started our new tenancy through Paramount Properties and we couldn't be more pleased! When compared to the agency that handled our previous tenancy, Paramount checks all the right boxes and provides a 5 Star service! In particular, Dexter, the agent who helped us throughout the transition, was extremely helpful, going over and beyond to ensure that all our questions and requests were answered and met in a timely fashion, making absolute certain that we were happy with our move. We would highly recommend Paramount Properties for anyone looking in London. They were always extremely professional and highly responsive to all emails and communication was always honest and clear. Throughout our tenancy we were looked after by Dani in the property management team and we could not have asked for a better point of contact. Dani always went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and happy in our home. Any issues with the maintenance of the flat were dealt with promptly and with minimal disruption to us. We always felt comfortable allowing the Paramount team and their work partners access to the property when we weren't home as they were trustworthy and reliable. We really wish our new property had its very own Dani to help us out!

We had a great experience working with Dexter on the letting side. He was very responsive, flexible, and helpful throughout the process. This was our second time looking for a place to rent in London and dealing with Dexter and Paramount was a pleasant change to many of the other bad experiences we've had. As far as the management side og Paramount we're only a short way into our tenancy, but so far the experience is positive and much better than our previous management company.

After several movings with very unprofessional estate agents we had a very good experience with Paramount. Dexter showed us two flats and both matched our requirements and budget without wasting time and energy. The process from the reference checks to the tenancy contract was dealt by Jason in a very clear and easy way. Also the maintenance team gave us a prompt service when we needed it. I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the Paramount team when looking round properties in West Hampstead. We were kept well informed during a speedy negotiations process (deposit, tenancy agreement etc) and everything was sorted out with the minimum of fuss. We had the keys for the new property within a week of paying our deposit. Since moving in there have been some snags with the property however we had already been introduced to the correct person to contact at Paramount if we had any problems and these have been quickly resolved by the team. I have been extremely pleased with the service overall and would highly recommend Paramount.

After having an offer accepted on a property on Monday, with the move in date of Saturday, we were nervous that it was too soon for everything to be checked and completed in time. Paramount is a rarity among Estate Agencies in that they actually care about their clients. You never feel cheated or dealt with unfairly - their fees and terms are extremely reasonable and you get an excellent, responsive service. I also happen to have experienced their facilities management and that's also impeccable. The team of agents is exceptionally friendly and professional - Sam, Jason, Daniel, Sarah, and others have helped us massively along the way. I'm very happy to say I see no reason to use any other estate agents in the future.

Paramount have been incredibly helpful and responsive as my flatmate and I moved into our lovely new flat. Dexter showed us round the property twice beforehand and helped us negotiate with the landlord, Kyla answered all our questions about the contract and Dani has responded quickly and cheerily to all the emails we've sent after moving in. It's taken slightly longer than we would have liked to resolve some of the maintenance issues but apart from that we would highly recommend them.

My experience with Paramount Properties has been nothing but positive. I found my studio with Spencer's patient help about 10 years ago - and it was just what I wanted! I found Paramount's management of both the property and the tenants to be courteous and prompt - if anything required work, someone was quickly sent to sort it out, and the management team always make sure that you feel welcome and listened to. Moreover, as a tenant, I felt safe with Paramount Properties - they respect the fact that your flat is your home, and respect your privacy.
