The whole process took 3 months, which considering the sale was agreed at the height of the pandemic, was impressive. The agent assisgned to me was quick to respond to my calls/queries and I always felt he was acting in my best interests. Given how very stressful the whole experience can be, Paramount minimised this for which I am very grateful.

GoogleI've been renting a property that was let and managed by Paramount for the last 2 years. Having had a number of pretty unsavoury run-ins with London estate agents, Paramount have been a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, professional, not rip-off merchants. I once stupidly left the heating on before going away for three weeks and they were even kind enough to send someone round to turn it off. If I were moving back to the area, I would definitely go to them first.

The staff were responsive (in particular, replying to emails late at night and throughout the weekend), the property was let quickly and they secured good tenants. We were especially impressed with the service provided by James and Spencer.
Paramount didn't manage to secure as high a rent as they originally claimed they could, however, all in all, it was a good experience and we'd happily use them again/recommend them to others.
