GoogleThe service that Paramount delivered was truly phenomenal. They are extremely responsive, polite and proactive. They handled all of our enquiries with care and dilligence and I genuinely believe that they go the extra mile to ensure that customers are completly satistfied. I very rarely recommend estate agents to family and friends but paramount as a company have left me feeling compelled to recommending them far and wide.

GoogleI’m just starting out on the journey with Paramount lettings and so far I have to say they have been great. Cory put me at ease right from the viewing stage. My experience with other places has made me wary but he was not pushy or aggressive in the least. The team in the office dealing with the admin side of things have been very responsive and organised.

GoogleThe team at Paramount were friendly and professional, and always happy to arrange us to view our flat during the purchasing process. Jamie in particular was brilliant throughout the purchase, giving us updates and diligently chasing the sellers solicitor and the leaseholder to sort out a tricky lease issue in time before our mortgage offer expired. Highly recommended.

GoogleFirst time with Paramount and it's the first agency I've recommend to other people! I've had experience with a lot of other agencies in London, some are rude and even ask for money before you can view the place! Adam and Katie from Paramount, gave me excellent service when renting with them, very informative, patience and friendly. Quick to reply if I had any questions during the process and any problems with the property once I've moved in. I would rent from them again in the future!

I recently had a troublesome situation with a flatmate and I can't praise Katie Wood high enough for the effort she went through to help resolve the situation. She was efficient, empathetic, clear and professional throughout and truly went above and beyond. Katie ensured that I understood every part of the process, making an effort to call or email and be in constant communication throughout. GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with this totally landlord driven renting agency. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They tried to charge us nearly £500 to clean the 3 bed apartment and charge us £450 gardening charges after the landlord re-landscaped the garden (without our agreement). We paid for our own cleaner costing which cost just over £300 and tried to claim we hadn't had it professionally cleaned so they could deduct from our deposit. Moving out of this apartment was one of the most stressful times of my life. I found Paramount to be extremely unsupportive and unprofessional. We ended up having to take our claim to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to make a case. They ruled completely in our favour and returned us the full amount disputed. I can only imagine the positive reviews on here are from house buyers and landlords. If you are a tenant, run a mile!
Hi Franki, I am really sorry that you feel this way and that you have felt the need to leave a review. We obviously try to avoid this in all instances, and the end of tenancies can often be a fraught time. I think there is some confusion, the deposit dispute related to gardening and not cleaning, which the landlord did eventually agree to cover. GoogleI've had a very good experience with Dexter and Katie at Paramount, they were lovely people, professional, gave me all the necessary infos and I was impressed with their reactivity and organisation regarding the paperwork once the tenancy was signed. The only negative comment was that they said the bills would all be set up under my name and ready for me once I move in, and it wasn't done straight away which led to some complications on week of move. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone.

I am sorry that you didn't have the utilities set up and ready to go - this can often be due to a backlog on the end of the utility providers - we send these off as soon as tenants take occupation of a property. GoogleI sold my flat in December with Paramount. Right from the start, I found their approach always to be professional yet warm & friendly...and willing to do whatever it took to get the flat sold. They were excellent dealing with both sides to get the sale completed. The only reason I didn't give them 5stars is that I felt that I was the one negotiating a higher sale price with the buyers...I felt paramount was too cautious and that may due to the current market.

GoogleParamount Properties are perfect! I have been in London for over 3 year after moving from the Midlands and Dexter from Paramount Properties helped me with my first rental in 2015 and was amazing start to finish! No hard sell, no pressure, everything sorted within 1 week and his communication is fantastic! Unfortunately my previous landlord changed agents so I have been with other agents for a few years who have nothing on Paramount! 3 years later on and Dexter has now helped me to secure another rental property and again has been so helpful, professional and just amazing! Within the past 24 hours he secured a viewing, answered all my questions, helped to get my offer accepted and kicked off the referencing process! Dexter’s communication is brilliant which makes the process so easy as he will just text or call for any information he requires or to provide updates and he is so easy to speak and deal with so I have full confidence he has everything sorted on his end. I rented with Paramount for 6 months in 2015 and compared to the other agents I’ve used, no-one comes close to Paramount’s efficiency, professionalism, communication and helpfulness. Dexter goes above and beyond and is genuinely a really nice guy so it feels like an old friend helping! That’s itself speak volumes! Jason will be helping me with the paperwork going forward and I equally have full confidence in him and his help going forward. I can’t recommend Paramount and Dexter enough and just want to thank them for securing me my perfect rental property!
