We really liked the service we experienced with Paramount Properties and would definitely use them again. We just bought a house through them, and as buyers the process can be really stressful. Lionel Stoll from Paramount was great in ensuring the process moved forward and always kept us up to date with what was happening on the seller's end and was friendly and accommodating with our questions. The service we received was A+ and you'd be lucky to Lionel as your Consultant, whether you are buying or selling. Look no further than Paramount Properties if you're selling or buying and make sure to ask for Lionel.

The ‘move in’ side was helpful with Paramount keeping utilities connected. The emails from Katie before move day eased things too. Goodlord kept sending automated instructions which I couldn’t respond to. But overall a positive experience. Thanks.

Sadly i wouldn't recommend Paramount for a few reasons, but the main one ultimately due to misinformation provided to me and my partner during the course of buying a property from them... For example, when we ask the agent showing us around what the door off the communal hallway was, he said this was simply a storage cupboard. As it turns out, it is the 1st floor flats kitchenet and laundry room, thus making the property an HMO which we were not property informed either in the lease or in any of the documentation provided, neither by seller nor by the agent. I also strongly believe they lied about having 'multiple offers/interest' and asked us for a best and final offer, when in reality our offer was the only one on the table being considered. We paused our purchased during lock-down as per government guidelines and were placed under undue pressure from the agent at paramount to move forward, despite government advice and our own desire to pause. Bad experience. Bad Agency.

NEVER AGAIN, the worst agency ever

NEVER AGAIN! The worst agency I have dealt with in my whole life. Firstly, they created tones of headache when I wanted to end the tenancy agreement earlier after the break-clause term. It took me from March (when I first requested to break it) till June to sort this out. They didn't even give me an option to find replacement myself, but gave preferential option for my flatmate to find a replacement on behalf of me. When I said this situation is causing mental and physical disorders, they said "it is none of our business". Now when I am finally out of the property, I am being charged £800 off my deposit for damages that have happened after I have left. Surely no professionalism, work ethic and sense of responsibility. NEVER AGAIN
