GoogleSuper fast at processing a move that needed to happen quickly. Were very helpful in making it a smooth move and offered above and beyond support to help us move utlities, get property measurements etc. Communications were very friendly, fast and professional.

GoogleI recently helped a friend whilst searching for a home to rent and dealt with Chloe and Adam from Paramount’s West End Lane office. Chloe and Adam were absolutely charming, extremely professional and attentive throughout this entire process, helping us out any way they could, and always responding to any queries we had promptly and efficiently. Adam and Chloe have gone well beyond the call of duty, accommodating a very late appointment in the evening to view the property initially, happily agreeing a second viewing a few days later and within days had all the relevant checks and paperwork in place to enable my friend to move in. If you are looking to rent a property, I would have no hesitation in recommending Paramount to take you through this process, Chloe and Adam have been an absolute delight to deal with and made this whole experience a dream. From the early days, Dexter Franklin-Beck listened to us carefully and informed us for available properties matching our personal needs and requirements. No junk email, no wasted phone calls, no random show cases just to catch our attention. With his extraordinary help, professionalism, patience and trust, we ended up with the ideal property for us, ticking all the boxes. And that wasn’t the end of it. Paramount was extremely helpful with the whole process and guided us through every single step of the tenancy process. Many thanks to Katie Wood for managing and organising the tenancy process and making us feel comfortable and fully aware of every step. It is obvious, that Paramount and Dexter and Katie do not follow the ordinary, blind path that the online letting market has established.
