Absolute nightmare trying to get your deposit back from this company, they will try anything! They are doing the exact same thing to our neighbour as they did to us, try to get money for cleaning even though we left the place cleaner than when we moved in and then accusing us of staying an extra day and trying to charge one days rent! Disgusting.

We have been working with Paramount for almost 3 years and they never disappoint. My partner and I have been particularly impressed with Cory, who is, to put it simply, an absolute legend. Professional yet easygoing, communicative, efficient, up front, passionate about his job, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing is too much trouble. Cory helped us recently when we decided to rent instead of sell our flat - the decision was made, and within a week the flat was on the market. 24hours later, we had 2 great offers on the table, and have now accepted one. We can't get over how stress-free the process has been with Cory - he's great! It is always stressful to buy and sell a home, so I was nervous about the whole process. The approach from Paramount was supportive and efficient. I felt like the agent had my back and that was super nice as there were a few tricky moments when there were dramas with paperwork and other things. I find it extraordinary how the system in this country is still so stuck in the past, with all the legal documentation required. Paramount helped us buy our first property ever in November 2022 and we are very happy with their service; it has set a benchmark for property agent expectations for us. We first started visiting a few properties with Lionel Stoll, who did a great job finding properties adequate to what we were looking for and was very professional. Later on, our ideal flat came to the market and we met Dan Stern as part of our first visit. He did a superb job guiding us through the whole buying process from beginning to end as well as helping us with any questions we had as well as going the extra mile to solve any hiccups. Absolutely great from start to finish! We have been looking all over London for the last 4 months as out there the market can be a jungle and after been experiencing many struggles and have dealt with cowboy agents we have came across Paramount which finally let us feel looked after. We were able to secure and move in a brand new property within a week and we could not be happier. A big shout goes to Cory Devayya who did not mind to run the extra mile with an out of hours viewing, and give the best advices as well as Adam for the smooth negotiation and Kaitlin who was super professional and responsive throughout all the reference process and the signing of the contract. There wasn't a doubt that hasn't been clarified or a question which hasn't received a prompt and helpful answer. If we have to describe Paramount with two words? Professionalism and perfection. Paramount were helpful from the outset. I contacted them about two properties and managed to secure a viewing on the same day. Immediately loved the property and Ollie took the time to explain the property and features/suppliers etc. to me during the viewing even whilst others looked around. Cory and Ollie then swiftly assisted with the letting offer process, providing advice and then very cheerfully letting us know when we were successful. From then on we were looked after by Janki who helped us through the referencing and signing process, all of which was seamless with their great tenancy platform online too. I would definitely recommend paramount and hope to use them again in future as they are perhaps the most organised and approachable agent I’ve ever gone through!

Ok .... Used these guys first in 1997 to buy my flat, then my 2nd in 2001, then my 3rd in 2004. Since then got to know pretty much the whole team with sales ( Lionel esp ) and lettings team , both are in a different class of their own ( Spencer and Dexter esp ), more recently the Maintanance team ( Jit and his guys also ). Fast forward to 2020 - they manage my rentals ( the ones above ), always find me great tenants ( unlike bad experiences I had with their competitors in the past ), do all my Maintanance and refurbs( high quality ). The firm has grown and their office is 3x as large as it was when I first met them. Very easy to see why - personal service , they care for their clients and always try to go a step further. If u want no hassle and honest service with a smile here u have it. Don’t bother with the others on the street - trust me!
