Google2024 Update! I have contacted them to find a new home. Slow response, not really committed. No communication since not even to respond to my "thank you for their time" email for showing me a flat that I didn't like. They have lowered their standards a lot. Old review. I have seen a property with them. They seemed the most professional and serious reale estate agents I have met. I would prefer to sign a contract through them than thought other agencies.

GoogleOverall it was a great experience we had with Paramount. Throughout the process Dexter and Jason were extremely helpful and approachable, and dealt with the problems with care. There was a lot of waiting on the negotiation with the landlord in the beginning, but with their effort we managed to sort it out nicely and got the flat we want. I would recommend the team to anyone who is looking to rent in West Hampstead area.

GoogleMy property agent Lionel was excellent in this whole process of buying a house. He was very prompt if any issues were there. my property purchase went through some emotional ups and down but Lionel was always keeping both the seller and myself positive and at the end we made it and also got exemption with out stamp duty.Thanks Lionel

GoogleHad a very good experience with Paramount, especially Dexter and Kate, we managed to wrap up the letting our property within 10 days, both Dexter and Kate made the process very easy and everything went through like clock work. After we moved in both Kate and Dexter regularly kept in touch to make sure everything was ok at the new property. Will 100% recommend Paramount and will be using them in the future

GoogleWe have been in contact with Dexter for flat viewing and from the start Dexter was very professional, responsive and helpful. We were very happy with service that he provide us - prepared all needed documents, kept us posted what's happening currently in the flat (as it was newly refurbished,..). Great service! GoogleBrilliant service from Mark at Paramount. I have known Mark for several years when I first rented a flat from him. He has now helped me rent my own property out as I move abroad. What could have been a very stressful process has been made seamless with Mark finding the right tenant and reassuring me through the whole process including advising on non resident tax status. I would totally recommend Mark and his team.

GoogleDexter was great at attending to our needs. Paramount don't take on any rubbish properties, so you know you are seeing good quality houses during viewings. Helped us when things didn't go quite to plan (due to the landlord, not Paramount). Kyla helped us sort out signing of the house efficiently and remotley while we were on holiday so it was all sorted for our return. Overall, efficient, easy and would definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure to work with her and the team, they have streamlined their processes internally and as a tenant my experience was seamless.
