We had to move quite suddenly and were fortunate enough to have Dexter help with the search for a new flat. He was very patient because I was quite specific in what we were looking for in a property. There was no hard sell, no push, his attitude was very much "If this isn't the one, we'll keep looking and find the right one", which was brilliant. Finally did find the right one, and couldn't be happier. Throughout the negotiations, he was really helpful and honestly he made the property search process a lot less stressful than I'm used to, which I'm thankful for. If I had to do it all over, I'd still go with Paramount.

Very few agencies can boast a service as good as Paramount's at West Hampstead. Aaron was very helpful in helping us find the most suitable property at a time when the agency was very busy and took us through the process in a professional and seamless manner. The agency uses great software to streamline the contract and credit checks which made our life very easy. To top it all up, when due to a key lock issue we got locked out a few days in the tenancy, Aaron and Reagan, Paramount's Director of Operations, provided help and ensured all expenses related to the incident were swiftly reimbursed to us. This last part especially demonstrates their professionalism. I strongly recommend them if you are interested in a property in West Hampstead.

Both Dexter and Jason at Paramount Properties were very helpful during the whole process of moving and sorting out the paper work. They moved very fast and sorted out the whole situation in such a great professional manner that it is quite remarkable. We have all experienced difficulties in the past when dealing with property agencies but Paramount Properties has been extremely supportive to us since the time we started dealing with them. Dexter's fast response in emails and calls whenever we needed him is an example to be followed by other professional agents. Dexter is a real asset to Paramount.

After a terrible experience with another company, meeting Spencer and the team restored my faith in estate agents. From the start, Spencer went out of his way to help - organising a very late viewing for a flat. He was very professional, and happy to help in any way. Spencer and the team, from the start, took all our queries seriously, stuck to their word with everything and just gave a level of personal care through out - that is so rare and hard to find. This guys are great. Thank you Tatum , Kyla and Dexter. My girlfriend and I started 1 month ago to look for a 1 bedroom flat. We have been viewing 9 places since, and the first 2 choices belonged to Paramount properties. Only when we choose the flat I realized how efficient the agency is. They have guided us through every single step of the process with surprising speed. Even when difficulties arrised ( some created by me) they still managed to meet the deadline without sacrificing any of their high standards. There is a lot of attention to detail and perfectionism this team puts from choosing the properties to the keys in your hand point. Do not be afraid of the holding deposit ( I was initially). If you are honest with your references and data you provide everything will go smoothly. Tatum ( one of the agents) even bothered to help me while being on holiday.

We just completed on our Willesden Green flat on Friday having had an absolutely amazing experience with Ollie Gorman from Paramount Properties. Ollie was the first agent we met and was so friendly and professional from the start. We saw what felt like hundreds of properties, and he was so patient, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. I'm sure it was partly luck but having heard from so many people how stressful a property purchase is we really did not find that at all! Nothing was too much trouble and he got back to us within minutes every time we needed something. We had a fairly ambitious timeline to try and stick to which we were a little nervous about making, but Ollie really pushed from every direction to ensure it happened, and succeeded with a couple of days to spare! We could not be happier with the service provided and cannot speak highly enough of Ollie, who just made the entire process (almost) totally stress free. It was a pleasure to deal with Paramount and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

An excellent experience, and the best I've had. We had to move quickly because of a terrible leak in our current flat. We saw the Paramount flat on Thursday, Kyla did all of the referencing and paperwork on Friday and gave us the tenancy agreement to review over the weekend, she amended the agreement and took our deposit on the Monday, they are cleaning the flat on Tuesday and we get the keys on Wednesday. Incredible. Kyla is friendly, communicative, professional and so efficient I suspect she might actually be two identical twins working the one job, I will always recommend Paramount and Kyla to people looking to rent in West Hampstead, Kilburn and Cricklewood. We dealt with Dexter for a one-bed flat rental, he was very helpful and able to narrow down the vast selection of properties they have on the books to just the one we were looking for after only a brief conversation. We actually ended up choosing a property he recommended for us. From the initial viewing to the offer, right the way through to exchange and completion Jake Jacobs was in touch every step of the way. He was professional, clear and an excellent mediator between myself and the vendor when things were taking longer than expected. Even after completion the whole team, including Lionel Stoll have been fantastic. They operate a 1% deposit scheme, taken from both the buyer and the seller which is a fantastic idea and ensures that sales are followed through to completion wherever possible.
