Outstanding service and an exemplary business. Dexter Franklin-Beck showed us the flat and has been around through the whole moving process. Dexter and the agency offer outstanding service even after e moved in. When we moved in, we had some minor issues in the flat which were taken care quickly of thanks to Dexter. Finally, what you pay the agency is extremely reasonable and you can clearly see they want to make sure both the landlord and the tenants have a pleasant experience.

Excellent helping us find our property and move in. Lovely people, thoughtful of details, helpful and positive overcoming challenges, and the flat was even better than we expected. They bent over backwards with our special requests, and were very understanding. Chloe and Katie were our dream team, plus Amber towards the final stages. Paramount is ahead of the curve in heading towards the Tenant Fees Ban. We've just moved in, but knowing these people I am sure they will do just as good a job managing the property.

As a landlord, all you need to know is that Paramount are everything that other London agencies are not: responsive, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable and proactive. Most importantly, they respect your property, which was exactly what was lacking with my previous agents, who had allowed my flat to deteriorate significantly in just five months. Fortuitously, I was recommended Paramount by a friend and made contact with Spencer Lawrence (who I believe must be a magician) who has brought in his fantastic maintenance team to bring my flat back up to scratch in just a week and has found new tenants already. As an overseas landlord, finding Spencer has been an absolute godsend; alleviating the stress I would have had in trying to facilitate repairs etc myself. He has been so generous with his time in addressing all of my concerns and answering endless questions. He is a wealth of information and is the most dedicated, hardworking and helpful agent I have ever dealt with. If you are a landlord searching for a letting agent that truly cares about providing service that goes above and beyond, give Paramount a call and you truly will not be disappointed; I only wish I'd found them sooner. Very helpful with providing everything there is to know about the apartment i'm renting! They will be managing the property too and I feel comfortable that I am in good hands! I can honestly say the process was truly seamless and very professional throughout - I would wholeheartedly recommend (and already have!) Paramount to anyone selling locally. what makes Paramount great is not only their no-fee policy but mainly their excellent employees. I wish I could've rented my previous properties with Paramount as it would've been 1000 times less stressful. Katie and Dexter are not only excellent professionals but good people who are always willing to help. I have been renting with Paramount Properties for several months now and am very impressed! Chloe was the agent for our move-in, and she ensured it went very smoothly, including with renovations that were done at our flat immediately before we moved in. We also felt that the costs for the agency fees and deposit were transparent fully explained to us, so there were no surprises. Richard has been looking after us in terms of maintenance; he is always quick to respond to emails, and both friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend this agency.

I have been a client of Paramount for a few years now and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have always been happy with the tenants they found but more important I have always felt supported by their professionalism and expertise. The few times I had an issue, that was dealt with honesty and in a proactive way. In my most recent experience I dealt with Lucy and Ollie and them both have been supportive and attentive, especially as I was going through a stressful time.
