Most recently worked with the Paramount sales side when I purchased my first property in West Hampstead. Lionel was fantastic, he helped me through the process from start to finish and would always endeavour to address any questions/ queries as soon as received. He made sure everything ran smoothly, and we were able to complete within less than two months of first viewing the property, with no hiccups. Would definitely recommend, thanks Lionel! Prior to buying a property, I also rented through Paramount and Dexter was a great help on the lettings side. Whether you are a tenant or looking to purchase you will be in safe hands with these guys.

Dexter at Paramount Properties helped us to find our new place to live and found it at only the second place we looked at. He was very easy to deal with and accommodating (viewings after hours, late notice etc.) when we were looking for a place. Once we found what we were looking for, the process from there was easy (Kyla was very patient with our references - thank you!) and Dexter made sure everything was in order for the move which went smoothly. Two weeks in and loving our new place. Thoroughly recommend Paramount, easy to deal with, no stupid fees, reactive and responsive.

I couldn't recommend Lionel at Paramount more highly. I chose to sell my flat with Paramount because of the service I had experienced when buying five years ago. Of all the agents I was registered with Lionel was the only one who would contact me as soon as properties came on that met my criteria and I really felt he was committed to the process, wanting the best for both buyer and seller. Having recently exchanged contracts on my sale I have had this confirmed. Lionel was fantastic with keeping on top of things to ensure the process was as quick and smooth as it could be and I certainly felt very supported throughout the whole process for which I am very grateful!

We have been very impressed by the service we have received from Paramount and Dexter in particular. Although our move hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would have liked and we’ve experienced a few maintenance issues, we’ve really appreciated Dexter’s and the other Paramount staff’s (particularly Daniel George in the maintenance team) speedy and friendly responses to our emails and more importantly, their willingness to deal with the issues promptly. That said, the process prior to moving in was super easy and efficient and it’s by far the best agency we have dealt with. Most importantly, we are loving our home and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Paramount to anyone looking to rent a property in Hampstead. Thank you!

Overall I had a really good experience with Paramount. All members of the team were very helpful throughout the process - from starting the contract, to being particularly proactive when the contract ended. I dealt with Dexter in the main, and he was consistently friendly and professional. In a year during which I have experienced some quite awful customer service from a number of other companies, I have found that Paramount have been reasonable, very approachable and quick to respond at all times, and a pleasure to deal with.
