We had a really good experience buying through Paramount. Unlike many other agents we were registered with, we weren't bombarded with irrelevant properties or pushed to attend viewings. Leighton was very prompt to respond to our enquiries, put forward our case to the sellers and facilitated multiple viewings. He was supportive and patient during the pre-exchange period and helped move everything along without pressure, which we really appreciated. Would use Paramount again.

We have been renting a flat through Paramount for two years. We had a few issues with the flat, but mostly due to the owner. The agency has tried hard to solve the problems we had with water leaks or security. They do not answer very promptly and it would be good if they could be a bit more responsive. Overall, renting in London is an awful experience, but Paramount works quite hard to provide a decent service.

They took great pics which helped in the Marketing and arranged many viewings with great efficiency and politeness. I have recently rented a property with Paramount properties who have supported a refurb, sourced tenants and are now managing the property on my behalf. The support I have been given, the speed in which items are addressed and the efficiency with which everything has been done, has been excellent. Spencer has facilitated electricians, painters and handymen with speed and efficiency - all of whom have done a quality job. The attention to detail to ensure the property looked great for marketing and was spotless for the tenants was much appreciated. Tenants were found promptly. I've had good contact with the property manager, Tash, and so far I've heard nothing from the tenants which is a good sign. I would recommend paramount on the basis of the service I've received.
