GoogleI had an awful experience letting my property through Slater Hogg. As I was moving away for a few years I thought I'd pay a premium for a good service, how wrong was I. Terrible communication and awful service. I was correcting their mistakes and I wasn't informed when policies were changed. They caused much undue stress. Never again.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleRecently put a flat on the rental market through Slater Hogg West End. Would highly recommend them as they kept me informed at every step of the process in getting the flat ready to go on to the rental market, and they were very helpful when I had questions. It was rented in a few days after it was advertised.

GoogleBusy office, but very competent and professional staff. The team had my house on the market very quickly. Greg Cochrane, some special kudos for him in that he brought some deep expertise to the fore of the current mortgage market options and tailored something that worked for my situation - managed all the communication with the lenders professionally and courteously.

GoogleI had a poor experience with this lot, they assured me that there was no closing date imminent and one day later when I wanted to put in a note of interest the property had sold, I was very disappointed, I would not trust this shower to sell my house or to deal with at all.

GoogleWe were extremely happy with the service provided from the initial start with Jonny, to the way our sale was handled by Lisa and Linda at the office. We were always kept up to date with all the relevant information and sold in 3 days for a lot more than we could have expected. Absolutely fantastic!! Thanks.

GoogleThe staff here are always friendly and helpful however have found the accommodation of viewings less so and generally too far in advance as to be of assistance in finding a property before it gets sold! .To be fair this our experience of other agents, perhaps this would change if less buyers were out there

GoogleAttended a viewing. Agent said she waited 12 mintes. I called the agency twice to say I'd be 5 mins late and didn't think that would be an issue given they asked me to wait an extra half hour. Pouring rain. No agent showed.
