From start to finish Slater Hogg West End made things really easy for us. Special shout to to Aidan! We initially contacted him in 2022 to sell our house but had to postpone due to planning our wedding. I contacted Aidan again in 2024 and he remembered me immediately. Mhairi is a true professional who understands how to achieve the agreed objective promptly and with care. She's also a good person - this made the whole process a lot easier and I looked forward to our dealings. I feel that any issues that could arise could be easily handled by Mhairi, Laura and the team based on everything we've surpassed so far. I never felt left out of the loop, disregarded or misinformed. Everyone I've dealt with at the West End branch is well informed with a solid basis of experience and the practical application of this knowledge. I've been a customer for over 10 years, first as a landlord and then when I sold my flat. Always very helpful, they will go the extra mile to help with my queries. I was not living in Glasgow, so they had to find tradesman when there was any problem in the flat. They did it, and prices were always fair. If you live away, choose the "all inclusive" package for renting, worth the small extra fee to avoid headaches. Special thanks to Lisa, Mark and Natalia for their help throughout.
