GoogleI know the situation we all are in and we are just picking up the pieces. Things not running as we want but I called this estate agent for viewing and who ever I spoke to told me he or she will call me when they are ready. I felt they are not ready to let out the property to me or I do not meet the letting out criteria. Questions disappointed.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Dear Nartab, When you call in to our branch we cannot guarantee a member of staff will be available and on hand to deal with your enquiry right there right then. It can happen that a member of our team from another department intercepts a call and then passes the message on to the relevant party to call you back. This doesn’t however mean your call is not important to us and that we don’t want to deal with your request. We pride ourselves in providing efficient customer service and the team work extremely hard to get back to all enquiries on the same day. We have not received any other correspondence from you apart from this review so I am unable to identify who you are from your name.
