This is my 1st hands on experience with an estate agent and I couldn't have been more happier and impressed with the staff at Oakwood Estates. Abby - from talking to her on the phone and in person she has been so informative and helpful with answering all my questions no matter how silly they sound to me as well as informing me of the up coming changes in 2026. Abby is polite and professional throughout my dealings with her. If I could Id give her a promotion or her own Oakwood Estates agents to run. Anna - again like Abby, Anna plays such a fundamental part of this estate agent and it shows. Anna is polite, to the point and gets whatever needs to be done, DONE. if I had it my way, I would have Anna and Abby running another Oakwood Estate together or on their own. These two have been so so so amazing and I cannot thank them enough. When I'm getting my next property, I will be going to Oakwood Estates. If i wanted to fault them I couldn't. Literally simple as that. Flawless from start to end. From the bottom of my heart Thank you Abby and Anna for everything you have done and Oakwood Estates should be proud to have you both on their team. Losing you would be like England losing Saka (or Rooney/Beckham in my time 😂) I recommend visiting this branch. If the unstoppable duo cant make it happen, believe me when I say, they tried their hardest . Thank you again

Philip and oakwood estates were exemplary, multi house chain which consisted of selling two houses to purchase another. Philip went way beyond expectations (this is my 4th purchase and 3rd sale) with daily calls and emails to help facilitate and communicate with all parties, even helping with documentation that was needed for solicitors and getting this signed by multiple parties and then delivering this to solicitors. I can't stress enough how important it was to have someone key speaking to all parties at multiple points and push and manoeuvre people through. Many difficult parties involved yet Philip was always calm and professional through the whole process and absolute credit to his profession. Utterly impressed!

We recently have sold our flat through Oakwood Estate. West Drayton Branch Manager Philip Benger was in charge of the sale. He was amazaing from start to finish, he was always contactable and responds to our queries/questions whenever needed. Phillip has always been transparent and solved any challenges that we have come accross. THE MAIN THING EVEN UNDER CURRENT MARKET SITUATIONS HE SOLD OUR FLAT IN 4 DAYS- AMAZING SERVICE.
