Phillip did half the work my solicitor was suppose to do, liaising with the vendor, their solicitors and mine to ensure everything was being done in a timely manner. He was great! GoogleArrived at the property for a viewing 10 mins before my appointment time. The estate agent was already inside of the property when we buzzed in. Upon entering the property I was disappointed to see that the current tenant and family were inside which made the viewing process feel rushed as it felt like we were intruding. I felt like overall the viewing was very rushed as another applicant buzzed in as we were still inside, because of this I feel as though the letting agent wouldn’t of been able to make good judgement of applicants to pass to the landlord for reference.

Dear Hannah, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you feel like the viewing was rushed. The property was occupied so we were given a window of time to complete a set number of viewings. This meant that a proportion of applicants missed out on a viewing and those that did view were restricted on the amount of time.
With regards to the offer process, we request the same details from all applicants that showed interest and then presented all the offers over to the Landlord. Unfortunately in this case they decided to proceed with another applicant based on the information provided. Due to the large amount of interest in the property there were quite a few offers for the Landlord to consider. It is unfortunate that we weren’t able to secure this property for you but we would be keen to assist your with your property search moving forward.
