What sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants say, where the review tells us who wrote it.
At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!
The Trusted Agent 2026 results for Whitegates, ranked against 18,569 UK estate agent offices. Each award is assessed separately from the review sites.

GoogleI am a tradesman that has been working for Whitegates for over 10 years, they demonstrate a first class approach to looking after their Landlords, Tenants and trades, and are a great company to do business with. Michelle Standish always ensures that our Invoices are paid promptly. Thank you, Jon Smith Locksmiths.
