What sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants say, where the review tells us who wrote it.
At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. "Well you don't win the Customer Service Award at your Regional Property Awards without having something special about you"!

Whitegates have been absolutely fantastic from the moment I viewed the property and throughout my whole stay. Rebecca in particular has been brilliant. She is efficient with communication whether that's by call, text or email and she has been so helpful. I would definitely recommend Whitegates.

Trustpilot100% first choice for landlords in West Derby to let out property
Very happy with the service offered to me as a landlord particularly by Rebecca at the end of the tenancy period who took care of organising all the tasks between the tenants moving out and me moving back in promptly and efficiently to a very high level making what I thought was going to be a stressful process completely stress free. Would definitely use again should I need to let my house in the future.

GoogleI've been trying to get a viewing of a property in Zircon Close for three days. Every time I call, they tell me that the lettings line is engaged and that they are short staffed and that someone will call me back. No-one has. I've given up. As a tenant, I can't imagine what it would be like to try to get a repair out of them if they can't even arrange a viewing. If any landlords are reading this, I'd steer clear - it looks like they're not particularly bothered about lettings and concentrate mostly on sales.

TrustpilotReally helpful team
Really helpful team, someone was always on hand to answer any questions and reassure me. All information was passed quickly and they really helped with the sale. As a first time buyer everything was new to me so it was great to have their support. They also gave later viewings which was great as I work full time and found that some estate agents would only give viewings up to 5.30pm but whitegates were very flexible.
