At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. Googlei have already bought house with Whitegates Estate Agents. I view my new house on Saturday and on Tuesday I received news my offer was accepted. I love you Leeanne. She is lovely, friendly and very very fast. Team understands seller and buyer and do everything to make both of them happy. I am going to move to Liverpool to my new house very soon and I hope I will meet more people like Leeanne there.

GoogleHi I am giving one star as there is no other choice. Whitegates are only interested in whitegates and charging fees so you basically pay a monthly some do do nothing at all which enabled our Tenant to cut all the electrics and vandalise our home. When we asked for a home check it was 9 months between them which enabled them to convert a utility room into a bedroom! They did not compare inventories or even say anything to the tenant. We requested the house back die to constant complaints and whitegates did not believe or more importantly support us. We paid £660 in total to find the tenant but they would not let us meet them and had to go fully managed at £66 a month so they could collect the rent from the tenant but they done nothing else. When we asked if they could do a pre assent check before they left we where told "No" We where also told as we where not using them again if we wanted them to get our deposit back we had to pay £180 Even though the damage was clear to see not the inventory. We have lost a months rent and paid already £2500 and it will cost a £1000 more to repair the rest of the damage. Be very careful as whitegates have worded it in the contract the checks will be NOT LESS than 6 months so it could be ANYTIME!!! NEVER USE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE, YOU COULD MANAGE IT YOURSELF BETTER!!

GoogleDo not rent of these they are useless don’t get repairs done 2 years I’ve been reporting a repair that’s caused accidents involving my children and only now that they have given me a eviction notice they start emailing about the repairs obviously to cover themselves god help the next person that moves in the property im in because it’s an absolute hazard no window keys doors don’t close properly they have cowboy builders with no dbs checks coming in and doing jobs they have no idea how to do Also they have terrible attitudes

Warm, knowledgeable, efficient. I went to Whitegates after another local estate agent very quickly failed to live up to my expectations. Each and everyone of the staff at Whitegates made me feel very welcome and were very quick to get my property onto the market. It was a partnership from the start with the marketing approach reflecting my views and using to the full advantage all that had been done to the property. It sold to the first people to view.

Various repairs outstanding, including 2 years for a bathroom light fitting fixing. They forgot to renew my tenancy for 8 months and then charged £120 for it to be renewed. Even then the dates on the tenancy agreement were wrong. Everyone can make mistakes, however Whitegates have an entirely different level of ineptitude. Considering the largely dreadful standards of private landlord lettings these still manage to be in the bottom tier. As soon as my agreement is up I will be leaving them. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleWhitegates West Derby have looked after my properties for several years. They provide a first class service with easy paperwork and payment processes. The regular property inspection reports are great for picking up snags early and also for helping to ensure that the properties are treated well by tenants. Whitegates have been excellent at dealing with tenant issues and have always resolved things quickly. The staff in the office are always friendly and get back to you quickly with any enquiries.
