About Whitegates West Derby
At our Whitegates West Derby Branch we have a team of staff with over 60 years Estate Agency experience who are pleased to offer help and advice on the Purchase, Sale or Letting of your home. However, we are more than aware that some clients cannot always take time out to visit the office in person, which is why phone calls and e-mails are equally as important as personal visits. Gail Loller, the Franchisee and originally from the area, knows how important her local knowledge is and believes it to be a major factor in helping her and the team to build a Market Leading Branch within the area. Gail's motto has always been 'To aim to treat all Staff and Customers how she would like to be treated herself, at all times'. This she has always implemented, gaining a first rate reputation and recognition from her peers. I’ve recently put an offer on a house advertised by Whitegates. The customer service has been excellent, they organised a viewing quickly and at a convenient time for us. Leeanne especially has been so helpful, keeping me up-to-date with any information and even staying 2 hours late so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend for an answer. I was so grateful. Highly recommend.

GoogleExcellent service, good communication and I felt the staff went the extra mile for me. I live a long way away from the property they sold for me. They did all the viewings and kept me updated.
