GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better experience letting my property out with Paul Dubberley. Betsy was amazing from the very moment I met her, had a great chat at the valuation. Penny is a lovely girl that helped me find and move my tenants in. Would definitely recommend! Would do all over again in a heart beat.

GoogleRented a flat from the West Bromwich branch and was promised to clean and get ready before I get the key handed over to me, it’s more than a month and there’s nothing they did, quick to take money but never cared to take actions against the landlord to resolve the issues in the flat. Worst agency to rent from…

GoogleWell, what can I say? The staff here have been absolutely FAB with me from beginning to end. They were there for me throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. Honestly? I would recommend ANYONE go here if they need a property! Mark Hennessy (branch manager) has been an absolute godsend, I couldn't have done it without him. Jess and Anthony were lovely on the phone to me also, and Dom was always so welcoming whenever I darkened their door! Thanks again guys!!

GoogleI viewed a Paul Dubberley property yesterday, with Leon. He was a consummate professional, knowledgable, friendly and reassuring. We couldn’t take the property but, if he is anything to go by, I would gladly rent from this company. He is a credit to them. Also, shout out to Paige who dealt with my calls when booking and while waiting for the viewing; she too was polite and thorough. Excellent service all round, thank you.

GoogleThese guys are way too dodgy and untruthful, called about a property for rent,all for me to get another call in less than 10 minutes, saying that the property is no longer available.....blatant liars, this singular action gives credence to all other bad reviews, I literally should have read them before getting in touch.
