Amazing customer experience from start to finish. very knowledgdable of the local area and market prices. she was able to answer all of our questions. whilst we are at the very start of our journey we will be appointing Abbi to manage the property once at that point. she is a real credit to your team. well done Abbi . we are looking forward to appointing you when we finally sell our house !!!!! if i could give you more stars i would because you really left us with the WOW factor !!!! good follow up email too and good customer engagement skills

Perfect location, I find it very easy to get in contact with the landlord in case I need help. I am very grateful for the integrity and professionalism of Penny Hipkins of Paul Dubberley, I recommend her 100%. The most important thing was the customer support of Penny Hipkins, her strategy was professional and she's a force to reckon with. GoogleI have worked with a Manisha Beghal and I couldn't be happier with the experience that I have had. From the onset, she was incredibly responsive and professional, always keeping me up to date on my matter. She took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure that I fully understood my options and any technical jargons that I’ve been unfamiliar with. GoogleKeep the sold or unavailable houses on the housing websites, waste time calling them, just to hear that it's sold and not avaliable, so if other agent can remove the houses when sold, then why you guys don't do it? Just want people to call in so can try selling the house they don't want. Waste of time.

GoogleI must say, I've had really poor service from Paul Dubberley at West Bromwich. I phoned the branch over 10 times without a pick up and emailed the branch manager & the branch and got no response. I rang again after 10 days of no response and was told that the property that my client wanted has been sold to someone else, without informing my client that a competitive offer was in place. There was no common courtesy to call, email or keep myself or my client in the loop. I hope they get their act together to treat their clients fairly.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWe recently brought our first home via Paul Dubberley, Jack was a very professional and helpful agent throughout the process and went above and beyond to help us with the move. The review would have been 5 stars had it not been for a small hiccup during the purchase in relation to a "right to buy" restriction that probably should have been established by the agent in advance of the property going onto the open market. Nevertheless we got there in the end and are very happy in our new home.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleJaime has been an absolute delight through the entire renting process. We were very impressed with the fact that she was so efficient and on the ball. What was brilliant about her service was that it was evident that the tenants were at the heart of her operations. She will put you first and is diligent with delivering the outcomes you want. I can only say that I’m super disappointed that now I won’t be dealing with Jaime through our tenancy as we have to deal with an external agency that our landlord has contracted for all maintenance issues etc. Despite not having any liability to support and help us with our issues now, Jaime has continued to support and advise us when dealing with the external agency.
