GoogleWorst customer service. One line sentence will be spoken nearly 100 times assuming us as we are incompetent. They need to learn what is customer service and how to speak with landlords who actually pay their salary. This branch needs to have new staff if they want to survive.

GoogleMajority of the staff were nice and polite however abbie lacks people skills, has no manners and clearly has some personal hygiene issues. Myself and my husband said how of putting it was to speak to someone who smells of raw fish.

GoogleWestbromwoch bramch .Landlords beware the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to come across,lie and excuses again and again, tenant left on the 18th of Sept 2017 and as I write this are still waiting for the deposit back? Total incompetence in all areas, to put it bluntly they simply lie there way through any situation time and time again BEWARE
Chris, I’m very disappointed to read your review which is totally unfounded. The property was managed by yourself and not us. The deposit was held in the TDS and as you know this could not be refunded until a checkout inspection had been done as this was only delayed by you not providing us with keys. Once the inspection had been done the deposit was released to you.
