GoogleWhat an experience with this company. Elisha what a star. She went above and beyond to help my wife and I with a house we are letting. Kept us informed about everything. GooglePlease avoid coming to the West Bromwich branch they have an attitude problem they make faces, they do alot of eye-rolling and are really rude and snotty and are sarcastic. They are unprofessional,talk about clients to other dubberley branch at Great Bridge.They dont keep things confidential.They dont keep you updated.Please avoid them!

GoogleWithout geroge clearly guiding us through a lot of the process we wouldn't be where we are today! I highly recommend him. He is a very kind down to earth member of paul dubberley. GoogleI’ve recently started my first mortgage application and honestly couldn’t ask for a better broker than Manisha. The whole process has been very swift, smooth and above all STRESS free. GoogleExcellence with Professionalism Commissioning Paul Dubberley to sell my property was the best decision I could have made. Every member of the team was available to help and assist, no matter when I called or who I spoke to. I was like dealing with a family. Despite some complications unrelated to Paul Dubberley, they stepped up and went over and above my expectations. This included jumping over a wall to help secure my property - hope the bruises have healed! I would have no hesitation to recommend Paul Dubberley as an estate agent. GoogleWhilst I absolutely hate having to raise complaints, I strongly advise to stay far away from this agency and especially Amanda Rawlins. She is unprofessional and blunt when replying to emails, not sure how she became manager! I rented smoothly a property through Bilston branch and was told that Amanda is a property manager and if any issues to contact her. Entered the property after collecting the keys ready to move in and the state of flat was absolutely horrendous, the flat hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, worm’s coming from behind the kitchen cupboards, broken and mouldy appliances, previous tenant rubbish not removed, no hot water in the flat, mould everywhere … honestly the worst of the worst imaginable! Carpets heavily stained, dirty and mouldy, leaving me with nothing but to pay for professional deep clean services. Upon receiving reply to complain email Amanda replied’ The dirty, dust and stain cupboards was seen on your viewing and you did take the property as seen’. So apparently it’s normal to rent property without cleaning it first!!! They quick to take money from you, promise you maintenance will be carried out prior to moving in and then disrespect you like that. Disappointed with the service provided !

GoogleVery poor service not listening properly not guide properly , this company take money first but can’t listen , if I said about my refund they said 21 days you get your money back but still 1 month is gone but still I am waiting for my refund . My experience is very bad I no recommend for this , try another property agent

GoogleThese guys are way too dodgy and untruthful, called about a property for rent,all for me to get another call in less than 10 minutes, saying that the property is no longer available.....blatant liars, this singular action gives credence to all other bad reviews, I literally should have read them before getting in touch.

GoogleI am very pleased to accept Paul Dubberley as my letting agent and especially Betsy Flood she has been very so supportive and found tenants right away and any concerns that i have she takes care of it personally and get back to me with the update. I have 2 properties at the moment with Betsy and all my future properties will be only dealing with Betsy and would not waste time in looking for different providers even if they were cheaper. Dealing with Betsy has been great experience and hassle free.

GoogleElisha and Chelsea have provided a great service to me. I previously went with W&K Properties but this lasted less than a week as they were pressuring me into accepting a tenant when I wanted to wait for the right fit for me. Paul Dubberley's team came up trumps and provided a much more comprehensive service. I found a tenant within days that I am happy with. It is a big thing to trust someone else to take care of your property when you are an accidental landlord, but I would happily recommend and use this service again. Thank you ladies!
