GoogleGood luck if you want to buy a property from this agent. Originally enquired on a property; was told that an offer had been made but made a viewing appointment anyway as they were unsure if it could proceed. Called back 2 days later to say offer gone through so cancelled viewing (fair enough). Noted still on rightmove 2 weeks later so called and told yes still on market (if I was vendor would be annoyed they don't follow up potential buyers?) Anyway asked to view again, explained that we had already sold to a first time buyer. Literally sneered down the phone saying we had a chain (hardly call a first time buyer a chain). Anyway said they would get back to us with viewing time...3 days later not heard anything and guess what it's sold. Not even a courtesy call to tell us. Winning the market by over pricing and giving a seller an over exaggerated asking price. Since the take over from the old owners the company simply don’t have the knowledge or experience!
